draft at Bocktown Robinson. Excellent Pilsner, I loved the hop flavor for a pilsner. Light body, clean crisp flavor. Average co2, balanced. kramer (6991) - Sunbury, Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 23, 2014
Bottle. Pours a clear light gold body under a small fizzy and thin white head that faded to a wispy film. The nose is pretty nice, bready and crackery maltiness with a moderate Saaz hop aroma. Very clean and fairly crisp smelling. The Saaz hop flavor comes across really nicely, the malt is bready and crisp, on the dry side, well lagered. Nice lingering Saaz hop finish with minimal bitterness. Light bodied and crisp with soft fizzy carbonation and a lightly bitter finish. Pretty nice Pilsener, better than I was expecting. suprchunk (2994) - EffOff, Florida, USA - DEC 3, 2013
Clear golden colored pour. More towards straw, I guess. Small white head. No lacing. Malty aroma with some notes of hops. Taste is a malty front with some hops in the back. Nice sweet malty finish. Pretty tasty. Darkmagus82 (2303) - - OCT 9, 2014

Poured from bottle into a pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours a light golden color with a one finger of pure white head. The head has a good level of retention, slowly fading to leave a light level of lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma of the beer is mainly of a bready and caramel nature. Mixed with these aromas are some lighter fruit smells of apple as well as some other sweeter toffee aromas. A very light grassy hop smell is there as well rounding out the aroma nicely.
Taste – The taste begins bready with some caramel and apple sweetness upfront. The bready taste creates a base for the brew remaining relatively constant throughout the taste. The sweet however, does not act as a base and instead loses strength as the taste advances to the end. While the sweet fades, some hop flavors of a grassy and hay-like nature come to the tongue. Along with the hop so too comes some more grainy flavors, which when combined with the rest, leave a lightly sweetened, bready and crisp pilsner flavor to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the beer is on the thinner side with a carbonation level that is on the higher side. Both are rather appropriate for the styles and the flavors with the lighter body and higher carbonation keeping it feeling rather refreshing.
Overall – A very easy drinking brew with a nice blend of bready, sweet, and hopped. While not anything to go nuts about it is easy to drink and relatively refreshing. ryanscourt (1567) - Latrobe, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 30, 2013
Found it to be listed as a pilsner, however a lot of floral hops for a pilsner. Reminds me a lot of summer of love by victory - possibly should be
listed as a blonde ale. Thought this would be a boring pale ale but actually very nice. Good light body with mix of spicy German hops and some floral ones with a nice malt balance. Nice piece of contemporary Pittsburgh culture, was at snarkys for the release.

Bottle from Giant Eagle Altoona during a Stillers victory. Pours yellow with a small, white head. Very clear and mildly effervescent. Smells like corn and straw. Rather clean and crisp and sweet, classic pilsner flavors. Not too hoppy, a sweet finish and after. Refreshing, unlike Jeffy. OPIE788 (336) - Ohio, USA - NOV 26, 2013
Bottle. Pours yellow with a white head. Sweet hop nose. Taste has a sweetish bready malt flavor. Didn’t think it was going to be as solid as it is because of the Pittsburgh dad (of which I’m a huge fan) gimmick. Good beer from a good young brewery. bth122 (1702) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 20, 2013
Bottle, during Steeler game. Golden color, smaller head. Some citrus fruit hop notes and grains. Light bitterness. Light sweentess. Ave carbonation. Mostly grains and slight hops in taste. Not bad. The label alone is good for a 2/10 point bonus. The Yinzers beer... ads135 (5207) - Omaha, Nebraska, USA - MAY 30, 2014
A pretty nice pilsner. Light with a decent amount of bready malts and a touch of lemon at the end. Beerman6686 (6611) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 7, 2013
This poured a clear golden yellow color with a white head. Aroma was grass, earth, and cracker. Flavor was crackery and noble type hops. Not great but refreshing
