Sample @ Beers of the Burgh Fest. Pours a hazy pale yellow with a medium sized white head. Taste has some Belgian spice flavor. Not too bad but not that great. LilBeerDoctor (4229) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 1, 2016
Bottle. Pours a hazy golden yellow with a thin white head. Aroma of wheat, spices, clove, lemon, pepper. Flavor of bready malt, spices, cloves, light citrus. Decent witbier, very drinkable, spicy, but nothing too special.

DATE: April 23, 2016... OCCASION: seeking refreshment after a long day of charity car washing and baseball in the Meadows... GLASSWARE: Victory Rare Vos pint... APPEARANCE: sizzles as it pours a murky, bubbly yellow-blonde body with a rim of uneven of-white froth... AROMA: orange peel and lemon zest, with lightly toasted oats providing a pleasant, inviting aroma... apple and pear may come courtesy of the Northern Brewer hops, as does the wood pulp... PALATE: medium-bodied for a white ale; reasonably vibrant, with enough effervescence to refresh... leaves a slight aftertaste that is bitter and lemony... TASTE: Is the secret spice ginger? Grains of Paradise? Either way, the flavor is lemon, coriander, orange, apple and pear, and a sweetening pepper... the malts are not as pronounced as the label may suggest, but oats and toasted grains give the taste buds much to mull... OVERALL: not going to replace my favored wits, this is a serviceable, sessionable (although the label states 6% ABV) summer evocation... the sum is greater than the weight of its individual parts...

Not too bad belgian but could be better, a bit citrus, and a bit sour, interesting aftertaste, nice carbonation

Pours a hazy gold with a slight white head which doesn’t last long.....aroma of yeast, coriander.......taste is very light....very little coming through and no off flavor yeastiness. The lightest Wit I can ever recall, but not being a fan of Belgians I’m not complaining. joecon (104) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 24, 2015
Great for a warm summer day! Taste of orange with coriander and perhaps a touch of pepper.

Bottle. A clear, pale orange-golden beer with a small, dense, off-white head. The aroma is quite decent, with orange peel, coriander seeds and a little malty touch. It’s very effervescent, medium bodied and dry, with flavors of orange peel, coriander seeds and a decent bitterness. Some doughy malt notes. Long citrusy finish. Overall, quite nice, but the carbonation level is too high. 150621 Meilby (11790) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - JUN 21, 2015

Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, wheat, yeast, citrus and coriander. Taste is light to medium sweet and light bitter with a long orange, coriander and wheat finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is very fizzy.
bottle. Hazy pale golden with one finger head. Pretty bland wheat beer with some light wit spicing. It’s ok, but could be a lot better with more flavor.
