Bottle. Lactic lemon, coriander, and wheat malt aroma. Hazy pale yellow with giant white head. Lightly sweet lemon and wheat malt flavor with a hint of coriander in the finish. Okay - a bit bland. hfmejias (1283) - Marshall, Minnesota, USA - APR 4, 2015
12 Fl. Oz. Bottle. Cloudy yellow with a nice white head, lots of lacing on the glass. Lemon, spices and floral notes on the nose. Taste of citrus fruit, coriander, peppery notes and wheat. Crisp, easy to drink. Underdogs88 (325) - New Jersey, USA - FEB 8, 2015
Citrus with spicy wheat notes on the aroma. Appearance is a slightly hazy pale yellow with a whit head with below average head retention and no lacing. Flavor has hints of citrus with an herbal spicy character. Malt character is light. Mouthfeel is medium light with medium carbonation. Overall, it's s below average wit. The spice flavors and aromatics don't seem fresh.

vegetable wheat flavor and a bit of pepper and hop. some sweetness and a touch of something fruit like. some yeast. 60minuteman (1765) - West Chester, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 12, 2014
Clear yellow pour from a bottle from Wegmans. Bubbly with a small amount of white head. Aroma of spiced malts, lemongrass, wheat, yeast. Peppercorns accentuate the flavor but it is pretty bland. Balanced though, it seems like they use pretty fresh ingredients.

DRAFT at Ten Penny in Pittsburgh. Mislabeled as an IPA on the menu...not the brewery’s fault. Decent but not excellent Belgian...some funk but not too much....good but not great. HoppyScallywag (339) - Butler, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 10, 2014
A blue moon knockoff. Not bad. But I could just as easily get a BM. If anything, it has more of a bite.

Poured from bottle into a pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours a very hazy golden yellow color with a small fizzy white head. The head fades very fast leaving on a light fizzy foam on the top of the brew and almost no lacing on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma smells heaviest of candied sugar and lots of wheat. Mixed with these are some yeasty smell which bring with them some orange peel and a decent showing of some spice of clove and nutmeg. Rounding out the aromas is a nice Belgian malt aroma, producing a rather enjoyable smell overall.
Taste – The taste begins with bready and wheaty taste upfront with a nice presence of yeastiness. The yeastiness gets more potent as the flavors advance, being joined by orange and candied sugar as the flavor advances. Along with these flavors come spice with a clove and grains of paradise flavor coming to the tongue. A sour lemon flavor as well as some very light grassy hop tastes comes to the tongue leaving a sweet, wheaty and lightly hopped and lemony flavor to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the beer is on the medium to lighter side with a carbonation level that is on the slightly lower to average side as well. A bit more carbonation may have been slightly better, but overall it was rather appropriate for the flavor profile.
Overall – A decent wit and one that is well worth a try, but don’t expect something super out of the ordinary. TheJester (2542) - Cavan Monaghan, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 26, 2014
355 mL bottle. Looks fairly typical, although the head is small, and smells fairly typical. But the flavour is quite impressive. It’s big, for the style. Not complex, but full of flavour. The spice, orange, and malt are balanced nicely, with nothing overwhelming anything else. A very tasty, drinkable wit. ganache (6035) - New Jersey, USA - JUL 15, 2014
Bottle best by DEC 2014. Nose is sweet, slimy wheat with lemon, orange, coriander, herbal character, and a little stale tire air. Pours pale light yellow that’s still cloudy, avg carb, ephemeral head. Crisp medium body with a bready finish, has lemon and vanilla, yeasty character very reminiscent of a Hefeweizen, and some complementary banana esters. There are signs of some raging fermentation here, but nothing too wild. Slimy wheat character persists but overall refreshing, sweet without cloying, very low bitterness.
