Aroma is a nice blend of spices. Taste is very similar to Hoegaarden with lots of spice and sweetness, but just a step behind. Overall very refreshing, but not the best.

Draft pour into hefeweizen glass. Opaque golden color, definite wheat appearance. Scant white head. Light citrusy aroma, hint of bananas. Tastes citrusy with a somewhat sweet finish and no hops. Light to medium mouth feel. Overall a very drinkable beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Refrigerated 12 oz. brown bottle poured into a wizened glass. Pours cloudy bright golden with small white head. Coriander aroma, medium body, medium carbonation, and very little lacing. Taste is coriander, some orange peel, and clove. Pretty good.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy yellow gold body under a one inch frothy white head that had pretty nice retention. The nose is pretty decent, fairly restrained on the spicing, but clearly defined orange peel and coriander. I think the secret spice in here may be grains of paradise, but not 100% clear. Lots of wheat and a nice yeastiness throughout. The flavor is pretty well balanced between the wheat malt and the spicing. I like that the spices arent over done. Lingering coriander and yeast on the finish. Light bodied with a nice soft texture from the yeastiness and soft gentle carbonation. Pretty good Witbier, a lesser seen style I think.

This beer is good. Looks like its going to be a little thin. Aroma is decent. Poured with zero head. But the taste is reminiscent of hoegaarden. If you like wits, youll like this.

Best by January 2014.
Appearance: The body is milky hazy with a burnished straw color. The head is short but dense, settling into a white coating with a small ring.
Aroma: The aroma has hints of sulfur with a typical straw, lemon, orange blend found in most wits, very mild coriander and a hint of banana.
Taste: The intro is crisp with a light straw and lemon flavor, it continues with a light coriander and pepper flavor that tingles the tongue. Theres then a mild star anise presence on the finish, either that or ginger? Its hard to tell because its not too prominent, but I like this until the finish.
Palate: Light and crisp with a creamy texture.
Overall: This is a decent wit, but the finish really ruins this for me. I feel that whatever they added is a bit too expressive and it would be a bit better if they toned it down.
