Very nice...crisp and refreshing. LetsGoState (910) - Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 22, 2014
Aroma is a nice blend of spices. Taste is very similar to Hoegaarden with lots of spice and sweetness, but just a step behind. Overall very refreshing, but not the best.

Draft pour into hefeweizen glass. Opaque golden color, definite wheat appearance. Scant white head. Light citrusy aroma, hint of bananas. Tastes citrusy with a somewhat sweet finish and no hops. Light to medium mouth feel. Overall a very drinkable beer.

Refrigerated 12 oz. brown bottle poured into a wizened glass. Pours cloudy bright golden with small white head. Coriander aroma, medium body, medium carbonation, and very little lacing. Taste is coriander, some orange peel, and clove. Pretty good. kramer (6905) - Sunbury, Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 1, 2014
Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy yellow gold body under a one inch frothy white head that had pretty nice retention. The nose is pretty decent, fairly restrained on the spicing, but clearly defined orange peel and coriander. I think the ’secret spice’ in here may be grains of paradise, but not 100% clear. Lots of wheat and a nice yeastiness throughout. The flavor is pretty well balanced between the wheat malt and the spicing. I like that the spices aren’t over done. Lingering coriander and yeast on the finish. Light bodied with a nice soft texture from the yeastiness and soft gentle carbonation. Pretty good Witbier, a lesser seen style I think. swoopjones (7020) - Buffalo, New York, USA - JAN 16, 2014
