From tap at City Tap House. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is coriander and light estery. Sweet, light coriander spiced and mild citrusy. Lingering citrusy finish.

Cloudy light straw with a quick to disappear head and no lace. Taste is much like watered down lemonade with a little spice (especially coriander) added. Thin taste of wheaty malt augumented by citrus and spice. Flavor doesn’t hang around at the finish, leaving a sour residue. Bloating on the swallow (still waiting to have a relieving belch), about as refreshing as lemonade. Not recommended.

Hazy straw-yellow body, thin white head, minimal lacing. Lemon, grains, wheat, peppery yeast. Medium to light bodied, moderate carbonation, decent finish. Not bad.

12oz bottle: This one pours a fairly clear, straw yellow color. Mine had almost no head on it, and left almost no lacing. Lighter but nice aroma. Mainly lemony citrus, with faint spice and wheat notes. Some grassiness too. The taste is good. Pretty typical of a wit. Lemon, wheat, a hint of spiciness. Perhaps a bit lighter in body, but still pretty good.

Poured on draft. Pours a cloudy yellow with a white head of foam. Aroma is very fruity and floral with a pleasant ester profile. It’s a little more hoppy than I would expect from a Witbier. I honestly thought it was a Belgian style IPA. Tastes fruity and estery. Overall very pleasant.

Draft to taster. Looks solid; a slightly hazy honey with thin white lacing. Smells semi-sweet, doughy, and yeasty with some citrus notes. Tastes like it smells with an average mouthfeel. Okay.

Draft sample. Pours hazy yellow color with an average frothy white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Moderate citrus sweet and yeast aroma. Medium body to a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium sweet flavor with a medium sweet citrus finish of an average duration. My expectations where not met.
