Clear gold color. Aroma of corn & lager yeast. Sips medium bodied with nice malt backbone. Very dry and hoppy bitter flavors which compliment. Total west coast pilsner version. Excellent brew.
Aroma is grainy and hoppy, with notes of bitter grass, malts, pine, lemon, bread, aromatic butter. Taste is light and crisp, with bitter herbs, lemon juice, pilsner malts, bread. Refreshing, well made. Good stuff. Idiosynkrasie (7847) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - SEP 18, 2017
355ml bottle. Crystal clear, bright golden colour with small, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Intense, piney, grassy, slightly citrusy and minimally floral hoppy aroma with a cautious soapy bath salt touch, hints of old lemon peel and young conifers. Taste is minimally sweet malty, dry, piney, slightly citrusy and minimally grassy hoppy, hints of lemon peel, a touch of mandarine, fresh coniferous wood; oily texture, lasting hoppy finish. Very clean, superbly hopped, coherent and concordant malty basis. Maintains the Pilsener character by avoidance of drifting into hoppy regions too citrusy or fruity or something. While our Cascade Pils is inspired by classic European pilsners, this beer is really a celebration of the fresh, local Cascade hops grown by family farmers right here in our beloved Pacific Northwest. It has intense aromas of citrus and pine, supported by a medium body and dry malty palate. As you savor that unmistakable aroma and long, clean hop finish, tip your hat (and your glass) to the generations of hop farmers who help us live the locavore dream every day. We originally brewed Cascade Pilsner as a special release to celebrate our 26th Anniversary and our Northwest hop growers. It quickly became our fastest growing Full Sail draft beer and our bestselling 22oz. bottle. With that warm consumer response we decided it deserved its own year round six-pack.

Bright hops, yeast and grass smells. Pours clear pale gold with a bright white tight head. Big tastes of toast and grass with a distinct lingering hoppy finish. Brightly carbonated with constant champagne bubbles. Big complex flavors for a Pilsner. Quite good.
This is a beer. It’s 6% ABV. It tastes ok. I prefer lighter, crisper pilsners but it’s ok. BelgianBeerGal (4139) - Panama City, Florida, USA - DEC 20, 2016
Bottle in Alamogordo from Lowe’s after QF-4 photoshoot. Gold color with a long lasting white head. Pretty classic pilsner aroma with yeast and a hint of hops. Clean pilsner flavor with a nice, citrus hop finish. Delicately flavorful; does that make sense?
