UPDATED: DEC 4, 2013 Bottle: thanks, Kevin! Translucent golden color, barely any head. Aroma is.... Unexpected. Damp and grainy, muddled and misty with very light lemon. Taste is also grainy and kind of lager-like. Like a Budweiser with some extra grains and a lemon squeezed in. Forgettable, and not very good. Bottle: The aroma consists of light grain, wheat, grass, and the faintest hint of lemon. It pours a transparent dull gold with a small white head that quickly fades to a thin film. The flavor starts with light wheat, grain, and grass. The finish has a touch of lemon. It?s light bodied with moderate carbonation. Overall, it comes across as a lightly sour Pale Lager. dfinney23 (3395) - Houston, Texas, USA - SEP 28, 2013
Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Tartness is mild but somehow a little off. rougeau13 (3156) - Richmond, Texas, USA - SEP 27, 2013
Clear golden with a short-lived white head. Aroma of funk, grain, apricot. Mildly tart flavor and grainy. Light bodied, quite dry. Not bad, but it’s pretty mild all around. daknole (11050) - Scottsdale, Arizona, USA - SEP 27, 2013
Light orange colored pour with a white head. Lots of fruity notes, not much tartness. Peaches, apricots, grain, honey. This is more of a wheat beer than Berliner. Damn.

Drier apricot. Hazy golden tinted orange. Small white head. Yaddayadda. Drier apricot. That’s all you need to know. Mora2000 (6158) - McKinney, Texas, USA - SEP 15, 2013
On tap at Untapped Dallas. Hazy golden pour with a white head. The aroma and flavor are very nice. The tartness is not too strong, as expected, but I get some tart lemon notes as well as some sour wheat. There is also a bit of malty wheat notes to keep things from being too over the top on the sour side. Thin mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Really like this one. ben4321 (6673) - Hoboken, New Jersey, USA - SEP 10, 2013

Aroma: The aroma is unexciting, with corn, grass, yeast, and a hint of fruit
Appearance: It pours a clear yellow-gold color with a small white head
Flavor: The taste is similar, corn, yeast, some mild tartness, light sweetness, and a little dull
Palate: The body is light, it is a touch watery, has a fizzy carbonation, and a mild finish
This wasn’t my favorite example of this style, nor was it a favorite from Full Sail. It’s okay, but it isn’t good. I could have easily gone lower on the score, but I really don’t think I could have gone much higher.
a grainy, malty note. not too sour in the nose. barley malt nose. very pale gold/copper color, slight haze. minor head. soft, round, not overly carbonated. medium body. grainy, cereal (unmalted wheat) flavor. light flavor, mild lactic sourness. sourness more pronounced in finish and aftertaste, as malt dominates up front. not what i’d call a classic example of berliner weisse, but still very good. A earthy, musty, almost funky aroma. Pours a clear pale yellow with foamy, but rapidly diminishing white head and no lacing. The taste is subdued. While tartness is present, I was expecting something more tart. Funk, dankness, horse blanket, grain, cardboard, citrus, malts, and grain. Medium-light body and crisp carbonation. Overall, the more I drank it the more I liked it. Still, I would have liked a tarter flavor.
