a.k.a. Chris’s Summer Delight, an unfiltered, refreshingly tart small batch beer conceived by our own Chris Haveman from 50% wheat malt and just a touch of Hersbrucker hops.

Hazy golden color with okay head. Very sour beer with no aroma and lots of citrus.

the brew is slightly hazed pale golden... short lasting white head... Plenty of wheat malt in the nose... lemony.. and a bit of lactic notes that seem more like a dosing more than a sour mash... just not enough sour punch. A "twang" up front.. but that quickly melts into bready/lite toast... very drinkable and approachable in the heat...

underwhelming is the key word here. does nothing overtly wrong, just underperforms. light tart lemon and wheat. kinda watery. not bad, but not great. fairly refreshing.

Slightly tart but refreshing IPA. Very minimal aftertaste. Thoroughly enjoyed this bottle of beer.

gramity (1706) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - DEC 10, 2014
Pours a cloudy gold with fluffy white head. Aroma is fruity, mostly dominated by lemon, but with hints of grape and pear cider as well. Flavor is light and quite tart, pretty refreshing

Large sample pour d straw gold with light white head. Nose is wheaty and light, slightly tart, but faint. Flavor is similar with an underwhelming tartness. It’s okay but nothing spectacular...

Had this at a little mini tasting. I don’t remember much about it which isn’t a good or bad thing.

This is much better than I thought it was going to be. Never been much of a full sail person, but this was impressive. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

s, bit of moist bread, and something else I really couldn’t determine. Flavor was far from great, but it was adequate. A tart presence throughout, but not all that strong. Wheat and lemon, with a good dose of minerals and salt. Some seltzer like elements. Fine for a summer time beer.

scoth (693) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - JUL 16, 2014
Pours clear golden with a medium white head, good retention, fine lacing. Aromas of malt, citrus, grass, and biscuit. Light body, very tart, velvety body. Medium sweet, fairly strong sour, little bitterness in the finish. A good example of the style, but I would still enjoy more sourness.

bottleforager (3211) - Gray, Maine, USA - JUN 8, 2014
Pours a light blonde color with a couple fingers of fizzy foam. Subtle nose that mimics mineral water, seltzer some champagne yeast character adds a bit of breadiness and wet cork. Palate follows with nice bubbly effervescent mouthfeel but very subtle on flavor. Kind of taste like a cheap brut with a slice of lemon. Not bad just not very tart or flavorful... actually tasted great with the addition of some Corsair Gin and a touch of cranberry liquor.
