Bottle. Poured dark amber color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate floral balanced aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium sweet flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. Better then my expectations. rougeau13 (3182) - Richmond, Texas, USA - JAN 17, 2013
I had to buy it...for 4 bucks... It’s hazy golden-orange with a small whitish head that fades rapidly. It actually has a nice citrus aroma to go with the grain and touch of grass aroma. Light-medium bodied and very smooth. Plenty of hop flavor over a decent malt brew. Very pleasantly surprised. Ibrew2or3 (8814) - Tempe, Arizona, USA - JAN 9, 2013
Yes! But a screw cap clear glass 40 would have made this way cool Full Sail offering just way way cooler. It pours with a hazy grapefruit colored body that supports a wafer thin off white head of loose foam. The aroma offers up mild amounts of smooth corn and sugary malts as well as some faint floral hops. The taste is malt liquor sweet with sugary malts mixing with a pleasing creamed corn sensation that flows into some floral like hoppy notes that seem to impart no bitterness. Solid Malt Liquor. Get some! riversideAK (6265) - Shoreline, Washington, USA - JAN 8, 2013

Pours a decent autumn orange with a nose of apartame-infused corn juice, light apple, and a touch of sourdough. Flavor is a surprisingly fresh blend of light corn, slightly dried hay, a touch of apple grass, and a smidgen of wheat bread in the finish. Average mouthfeel. Not bad. The Proper Gentleman’s Malt Liquor?
okay, smells like a malt liquor—corn, alcohol, methane, dstant woody hops. clear yellow orange with barely a white head. a hint of peach with corn sugar & honey, sweet but not cloying. decent carbonation. sweet finish with warming

22oz bottle 12/14/12 (Whole Foods-AUS)-Pours a clear slightly amber with a small white ring. Aroma of corn and malt. Taste of the same with more malt. This mediu bodied brew is not bad. brokensail (16645) - Dublin, California, USA - DEC 13, 2012
Clear golden pour with a small white head. Pretty authentic malt liquor aroma here. Sweet grain, a bit of malt, apple juice, and corn sugar. Quite a bit more hoppy than most, though. A bit citrusy even. Sweet corn sugar, apple, grain, and bread. A hint of alcohol, mild pears, and some hints of citrus. Pretty nice hop character, too. 5000 (6862) - Hardened Liver, Washington, USA - DEC 8, 2012
Bottle: Bright straw, somewhat clear, light carbonation, soft white head, frothy, little lacing. Corny nose, certainly mealy. Not my favorite, but I guess its what is to be expected. A bit smoother on the tongue, malty without being too mealy. Lingering mealiness. Body and mouthfeel are moderate. Strong mealiness on the finish. Very clean example, not as corny as others. Still not my favorite style, but this one seemed to have all the flavors of shitty beers without tasting that shitty. Does that even make sense? For the flavors I don’t really care for, this one seemed artisianal. Surprised its 8%, so its got that going for it. A little fruity too. For a Malt Likka, it wasn’t so bad. I didn’t feel like I was going to throw up after finishing this 22oz bottle, so that counts for something... right?
