ChrisOs Early December Tasting. Clear gold beer, good off white head. Light palate, semi dry. Nice hops, full on but not aggressive. Marmalade citrus - orange, tangerine. Floral notes. Nice bitterness, not too much. Semi dry finish with a little aniseed alcohol and bitter marmalade. Nice.
Bottle at Pat’s chriso birthday tasting. Pours clear amber with a medium, white head. Some tangy citrus, pine and orange in the aroma. Medium sweet flavor with toasty malts, light caramel, grass, pine, and light citrus. Medium to full in body with fine to average carbonation. Lasting bitter finish with moderate warmth. Notes of toasty malts, pine, ripe citrus. Not bad. Understated. Solid DIPA.

Bottle at Chriso Patriks Bday tasting. Clear deepish gold lasting white head. Good hops but some metal. But then the hops take over. Lots of hops in mouth. Its pretty giod fir the hops. Powerful but i want to drink more of it. Quite harsh on bitterness on finish. Some peach fruit. Some toast mcberko (17809) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 16, 2011
On tap at PIB, pours hazy copper with a small off-white head. Aroma is intensely citrusy hoppy; harsh bitterness / very one-sided. Flavour is very one-sided as well on the hops; pretty sharp with no malt balance. Not so well-made to be honest. The hops are almost stale and very hash (not in a good way, this coming from a IIPA lover). Drinkable. TBone (17519) - Pori, FINLAND - JUL 16, 2011

Clear amber color, small white head. Tropical fruity aroma (kiwi, pineapple) with some pine needles thrown in. Medium-bodied. Flavor is a bit different than the aroma: sticky, bitter hoppyness, piney and some citrus. OK.
Bottle at John’s house. Pours gold. White head. Nose/taste of citrus, pineapple, apple skin and caramel malt. Muted. Dryish finish. Lighter body for an imperial. More like an IPA and a 1/2. bhensonb (15187) - Woodland, California, USA - SEP 6, 2011
Bomber from Malt & Vine. Pours copper with a creamy, bubbly near-white head. Aromas of fruit and floral - definitely some citrus. Med body. Flavor is light stone fruit, grapefruit rind, floral, and maybe, just maybe, a hint of malt. It’s that good. Yummy.
