Bottle: Dull orange color with a thin white head. Mild nose of caramel malts and lighty floral. Soft, malty taste with mostly caramel and bready bits. Very faint florals; no real bitters in this ESB.

bomber pours slightly hazy dark orange with frothy off white head. Aroma of cooked vegetables, butter, caramel. Flavor is malty, with hops present but somewhat muted, notes of water on the finish, light bitterness lingering. Medium bodied with watery feel. Not bad but expected a bit more from full sail. jjgmd (2164) - Coral Springs, Florida, USA - JAN 18, 2016
With Z , ours a dark rusty brown Amber orange pour with no head. Nose is malt and toffee. Taste is very sweet with thick malt and toffee. Finishes on the same sweet tasting notes with a dry moderately long ending Quaff Score 6 / 10 TheRealMGD (555) - Lakewood, Washington, USA - FEB 8, 2012
Bomber from Safeway. Clear, light amber pour with a short, off-white head leaving minimal lace. Malty, ripe fruit nose. Medium-light body with light carbonation. Ripe fruit, citrus, grain, tea and sugar. Finish is astringent and bitter. Good, but not entirely sessionable and not really one of the best ESBs I’ve had. 3fourths (9347) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - MAR 3, 2012
bottle. nutty, toasty, crunchy nose with sharp apple / pear esters, light corn whiskey / grain touches, toffee / caramel is pleasantly snappy; hops are quiet but earthy / gritty / rough. toasty and crunchy malt, but somewhat doughy altogether with the heavy-feeling body, bready malts and "baker’s yeast" character..

Pours clear amber with sparse head. Notes of orange peel and caramel with some metallic citrus notes. Full bodied and creamy, balanced bittersweet finish. Ok beer. slowrunner77 (12051) - Reno, Nevada, USA - SEP 4, 2014
"Age? I dunno. Dusty, but otherwise not bad. Balanced crackers and piney earthy hops. Decent for the style but nothing to get excited about............." blutt59 (6564) - Dallas, Texas, USA - FEB 24, 2012
bottle, amber color with no head, some spotty lace and aroma of banana and caramel, flavors are thin, nickel, malt, bitter with a plain finish legion242 (2348) - Richardson, Texas, USA - APR 4, 2012
Being one of my favourite styles, I had big hopes for this one, but alas, it was not to be- very, very pedestrian. TURDFERGUSON (4058) - Durham, North Carolina, USA - MAY 7, 2012
Bottle from Sam’s. Hazy orange with a small white head. Nose is heavily malted, bread, grain, caramel. Flavor is pretty similar, very sweet for a beer with bitter in the name. This beer sucks. But ill probably finish it because i am poor.
