Very fruity aroma. Some banana, apple clove and hops as well. Pours a clear reddish amber color. Light taste of roasted malt and a slight hoppy citrus on the palate that finishes dry but a bit watery. Overall, not that bad. smooth drinking, probably good for the summer months. kassner (1663) - Wexford, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 21, 2012
Bottle from Faifax VA. I like ESBs and tis is a nice example , plenty of malt and a little hops, deep amber, small head and some spicy background to the finish. MikeJslc (778) - USA - MAY 25, 2012
Medium copper, off white head. Aroma: biscuity malt with caramel, fruity esters, spicy/floral hops. Flavor: biscuity malt with an earthy character, some caramel sweetness, moderate spicy hop flavor.

Brownish orange, good head. Some citrus mixed with bitterness and malt coming through towards the end with more citrus or orange in the finish. A fine brew. Palidor19 (3188) - Brandon, Florida, USA - JUL 8, 2012
its a very mildly tartest beer with some bready grain and very yeasty. its quite smooth and has a certain tang at the end not for everyone but very good.

Pours a fairly clear amber... only okay looking off white head... nice lacing.
Aroma is a good mix of spicy/earthy hops and medium caramel and deep toasted bread.
Nice bitterness balances a near perfect malt profile.... caramel malts and toasted biscuits ... Hops are pretty earthy .... a bit of fruity esters on the finish.
Medium bodied with the expected lighter carbonation. improvjock (328) - Seattle, Washington, USA - FEB 19, 2012
Bottle. Pours a reddish copper with medium off-white head that lingers. Nice lacing. Aroma of sugared caramel. Flavor is pretty sweet and a bit syrupy, not much bitterness to speak of. Decent! SphinxTX (2875) - Mata Gorda, Texas, USA - FEB 25, 2012
Bottle. Pours clear amber with beige head. Aroma is somewhat floral, fruit esters, hints of caramalized red apple. Flavor is much the same and very well balanced, subtle sweetness. Mouthfeel is medium body with medium carbonation. Overall, solid brew but nothing I would buy again. Beerdrinker79 (2188) - Idaho, USA - FEB 25, 2012
22 oz. bottle, shared with Poisoneddwarf- Pours hazy orange with a creamy two finger head that eventually reduces leaving a blanket and nice lace. Aroma is caramel malts, soapy, spice, fairly subdued. Taste is creamy, mellow, drinkable, caramel malts, but isn’t really blowing me away. Body is medium, creamy, carbonation is also medium. Overall good not great ESB, but not really my style either. talon1117 (1152) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - MAR 2, 2012
The pour is a clear, deep amber color and a moderate, off-white, pillowy, frothy head which is somewhat lasting and leaves, scattered, tight, frothy lace. The nose is very bready, toasty, caramelly, slight DMS, and faint raisin. The flavor is more earthy and minerally, still toasty, caramelly, and bready. The palate is lively, medium, and creamy. The finish is moderate, minerally, toasty, and drying slightly. Fairly standard ESB but richer and more in every sense. Almost bock-like in some senses, but still fitting the other aspects of the style. Not bad in any way but fairly bland and lacking originality.
