UPDATED: MAR 29, 2016 Bottle (2016 batch). Head is initially average sized, frothy, white, mostly diminishing. Body is medium to dark yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (grain), moderately hoppy (grapefruit, grass), lightly yeasty (dough), with light notes of sulfur and egg. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation, lightly alcoholic.
Rather acidic and the nose has some off notes that bring down the one-dimensional hops. Not as terrible as that sounds, but not that good either. BuckeyeBoy (7663) - Boise, Idaho, USA - DEC 8, 2010
22oz Bottle. Pours out a cloudy orange topped with a sand head. Aroma was of floral hops, bread, light sweetness, and some pine. Taste was about the same but with a little malt/caramel sweetness.

Aroma high pitch of top alpha hop with mellow malt below , hint of alcohol.
Appearance slight haze on amber brew with light medium top.3-
Flavor and Palate : mild, sweet medium-full bodied ale. Sweet caramel character with fruity peach sided feel of hops. Smooth and clean at finish. Enjoyable.
Sent from Hayduke and it was enjoyed via Facebook chat. A cloudy copper color with a very small soapy head that has a short life. The aroma seemed funky and a bit odd while cold. That definitely improved with warmer temperatures. Cascade hops are noted in both aroma and flavor. Citrus fruit, sourness that is unripe fruit. A hint of pepper spice. For the style this is down the middle. A rocky beginning but a solid finish. It is a nicely crafted beer. CaptainCougar (7133) - Columbia, Maryland, USA - APR 19, 2010
Bottle: Pours a transparent orange amber with a spotty-lacing white head. Aroma of lightly sweet toasty pale malts with some fresh floral grapefruity hops. Starts with good fullness for the style with pleasant light malty sweetness well balanced with assertive citrusy bittering and flavor hops before a crisp bittersweet finish. Very drinkable and enjoyable. AmEricanbrew (6878) - Same Trailer, Different Park, Louisiana, USA - JUN 14, 2010
Bottle. Glowing amber color/ white head. Pine hop, sweet caramel aromas. medium bodied with average co2. Good mildly bittersweet hoppy pine sap, soapy flavors with a solid caramel malty base. 5000 (6862) - Hardened Liver, Washington, USA - NOV 23, 2011
Bottle:   Translucent Amber, a little fiery, moderate to large frothy white head, nice lacing, little
to no carbonation.   Soft floral hop nose, a little bit of pine or spruce.   Light hop flavor up front,
lingers for a bit but then dimishes.   This too is a fairly light Pale Ale.   Clean, flavorful up front
but fades quickly.   Body and mouthfeel are average.   Pretty good if you want a lighter example Pale
Ale.   Great for summer sessions.   Otherwise, not a hefty/hoppy Pale Ale.
