On tap at the Full Sail Pilsener Room in Portland, OR. Pours a clear pale golden-yellow colored body with a finger-width, frothy, off-white head that dissipates slowly and leaves a nice lacing. Aroma is grassy and lemony hops with a crisp, lightly bready pils malt. Flavor is similar. Somewhat bready pils malts with a grassy, lemony hopping. Finishes dry with a light spiciness to the hops and a medium-light bitterness. Clean pils malts with a light bready sweetness in a fairly lengthy aftertaste. Light body and a moderate carbonation. Overall, a decent pilsner. Fresh hop flavor and a crisp, clean, lightly sweetened and bready malt backing. Easy drinking and enjoyable. savnac (2656) - Anchorage, Alaska, USA - DEC 22, 2012
Growler. Clear yellow with a pure white head and visible carbonation. Aroma of bready pils malt, noble hops and some lemon. Flavor is malty without being sweet, average bitterness and a super clean yeast character. Light body with a crisp, refreshing finish. Really nice Pils, super clean, crisp and refreshing. troopie (2497) - Munchen an der Willamette, Oregon, USA - JAN 12, 2013
Draught. Yellow pour with a thin head. Flowery aroma, like a garden in early summer. Light bodied, but with a sound core. Malty and hoppy by turns. Hoppish finish. raphael (1303) - Portland, Oregon, USA - OCT 17, 2010
On tap at the Hood River brewpub. I’m not a Pilsner fan--chiefly due to the skunky Saaz hope quality and overall lightness. This one has a soft, fresh hop aroma. flowery. Light yellow but still a good balance of hop flavor with honey-ish, slightly lemony malt. Tingling to the tongue XaenDovet (1281) - British Columbia, CANADA - MAY 4, 2012
On tap at pilsner room. Cloudy bright yellow. Thin airy cap dissipates. No smell really. Soggy straw smell. Gentle hop bite with mealy taste. Odd. Not my cup.
