boFNjackson (4201) - Portland, Oregon, USA - DEC 5, 2012
Tap @ Full Sail... Poured pale, straw/yellow with a thick, retaining, bright white head. Nose had a great pilsener hopped character. Nice bitterness, freshly hopped. Quite green actually. Earthy, grassy, citrus hop spices with a biscuit malt balance and super clean finish that cut the bitterness. One of the best Fresh Hop beers I have had this 2012 season.

savnac (2391) - Anchorage, Alaska, USA - DEC 22, 2012
Growler. Clear yellow with a pure white head and visible carbonation. Aroma of bready pils malt, noble hops and some lemon. Flavor is malty without being sweet, average bitterness and a super clean yeast character. Light body with a crisp, refreshing finish. Really nice Pils, super clean, crisp and refreshing.

vyvvy (6476) - Florissant, Missouri, USA - OCT 25, 2015
On tap at the brewpub - Pours clear gold with a white head. The aroma has pale malt, spicy hops and fruitiness. It has a light crisp body with a nice bite to the carbonation. The flavor starts with crisp pils malt, honeydew, pale malt, cucumber and minerals. The finish dries out has has dried grass and sulfur. Really nice.

3fourths (9347) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - OCT 31, 2011
UPDATED: NOV 1, 2011 draft. shimmering gold. lightly pungent hop nose; chalky, minerallic and a bit powdery with saltine cracker and dried biscuit malt aromatics (semi-sweet corn); clean nose presents the perle hops well (lightly spicy, peppery). light bodied, crisp and snappy up front with strong noble hop pungency, clean profile, medium-high acid washing the palate and tongue. alright full sail, you nailed this one. well done.

Hood River Fresh Hops Festvial
Super Lager flavor with a rich extra added hops this was a super sessionable brew.

raphael (1254) - Portland, Oregon, USA - OCT 17, 2010
On tap at the Hood River brewpub. I’m not a Pilsner fan--chiefly due to the skunky Saaz hope quality and overall lightness. This one has a soft, fresh hop aroma. flowery. Light yellow but still a good balance of hop flavor with honey-ish, slightly lemony malt. Tingling to the tongue

3.5
Lubiere (13911) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - NOV 27, 2012
A golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, a lemony and grassy malt, powdery, grassy hops. In mouth, a crisp biscuit malt with grassy hops, lightly catty notes, good. On tap at Fresh Hops Fest, Portland, Oct. 6 2012.

after4ever (8025) - Mukilteo, Washington, USA - JAN 3, 2013
Draft at Tippe and Drague. Pours a clear burnished medium gold with really no head. Fresh nose, nice presence, floral and grassy, with a bit of herbal character there as well. Creamy medium body with lively carb. Grass, crackers, and herbs on the mid palate. A little toasty. Not too bad.

3.3
mcberko (17841) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - OCT 15, 2012
On tap at Apex, pous a pale golden with a small white head. Aroma of dry grassy hops and crackery malt. Flavour matches, with dry grassy hops, crackery malt, with a dry, slightly astringent finish. Light-bodied and refreshing, with a nice dry grassy character.
