COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This Northwest style IPA is generously hopped to 60 IBUs with Centennial hops from the Yakima Valley. Brewed in the classic style with two-row Pale and Crystal malt, our IPA is a real thirst quencher. It has a full, malty body and theres even a hint of fresh citrus to it. Perfect after your favorite water sport. Even if that happens to be the grueling drag-the-poolside-lounge-chair-into-the-sun event. Classic IPA is available in 6-packs, 12-packs, and on draft. ABV 6% IBU 60

Light Amber with heavy carbonation. Moderate head. Medium body. Malts never really develop though. Hops very floral and grassy. Solid IPA but their Pale ale is much better. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12 oz bottle no real malts. Some hops but not much in the hop aroma or flavor. Slightly bitter, not much too it.

Bottle. Nose is dank and musty, lightly sweet, has caramel and herbal, earthy, some citric qualities. Really fascinating aroma, spicy sweat sock stuffy. Pours Clear, rich golden-orange with a medium, dense beige head. Taste semi-sweet to semi-dry with a malty and slightly chalky full body, light crispness; medium citrus and herbs, faint spice. Very faint but pleasing cheesiness. Wheres the bitterness? Anyway, this is balanced and very traditional-foodie English, or, well, at least the kind of English thats imported into the US.
