COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This Northwest style IPA is generously hopped to 60 IBUs with Centennial hops from the Yakima Valley. Brewed in the classic style with two-row Pale and Crystal malt, our IPA is a real thirst quencher. It has a full, malty body and theres even a hint of fresh citrus to it. Perfect after your favorite water sport. Even if that happens to be the grueling drag-the-poolside-lounge-chair-into-the-sun event. Classic IPA is available in 6-packs, 12-packs, and on draft. ABV 6% IBU 60

Citrus, floral, light caramel aroma. Tangerine/grapefruit-like and spicy hop flavor, with nice caramel and biscuit-y malt backbone. moderate bitterness; more in aftertaste.

Clear deep golden with a thin foamy off white cap. Charming leafy and slightly floral nose thats got a thin hint of pine resin on the back. Clean and crisp flavor thats got an appropriate pale malt backbone with a nice semi dry body, crisp leafy hops and a light bitterness. Just cool calm and collected, a nice intro to the style for the uninitiated.

Bottle. Drank this straight from the bottle, I suppose this pours regular ipa style. Not sure about colour though. Aroma is malty and has touches of grapefruit and orange zest. Flavor is very mild bitter, juicy hops and malty sweet aftertaste. Medium carbonation, long light bitter aftertaste. Okay.

A copper color with a white head that faded away quickly. A good aroma, nice mix of resin and pine, soft grapefruit hops. Nice caramel malts. Flavor had a nice bitter flavor. Nice sweet malts. Moderate mouthfeel.

[24/12/2015] Bottle from Happy Valley Supermarket, Portland, OR. Nice orange body with big head. Nose is floral, lots of fruits, caramel and skunky. Taste is caramel again with fruits and nice hops. Oily finish.

Malty, slightly minerally nose, medium light body, nicely balanced bitterness and maltiness. Nice hop flavor, with a moderately bitter finish. Reminiscent of an English pub bitter, but at 6%, is too strong for its body and complexity. Would be an excellent session beer if they could get this flavor into a 4% ABV beer.

Solid NW IPA. Very citrusy, I want to say grapefruit, on the nose. Refreshing. Quaffable. Good middle of the road bitterness and doesnt linger on the palette unnecessarily long.

From a bottle into a Free State glass. Pours gold with small head and lace. Aroma of grains, straw, malt. Medium carbonation and mouthfeel. Flavors of grains, straw hops, minerals, hay, grapefruit rind. Overall flavorful body with nice hop kick.

355ml bottle. Pours a slightly golden orange with a large, frothy, long lasting, white head that laces nicely. Sweet aroma of grapefruit, peach, tropical fruit, caramel malt and grass. Sweet flavour of caramel malt, grapefruit, peach and grass with a dry, bitter, hoppy finish. Medium body with an oily texture and soft carbonation. Ok.

6%ABV. IPA. Poured out Amber. 12SRM. Nose has wet funky malty aroma. Pineapple and citrus and dank, moist, humid aromas. Mouthfeel is thick soapy. Palate has full-bodied malt with a nice thick graham cracker and barley toast flavor. This is a perfect platform on which to appreciate the hops which are citrus, pine, grapefruit peel, bitter melon. There is a slightly spicy but bitter component to this, so Im going to say hyssop. Finish is admirably and luxuriously long. Bitter melon, resin, raw pine needles, sap and a pleasantly floral component suggesting freesias. Goes on Favorites List !

Bottle. Pours a clear golden amber with a thin head and minimal lacing. Smells woodsy and fruity. Has a very light taste, rather watery, but is very well balanced overall. Decent bitterness and very good aftertaste. Best on a hot day.
