COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This Northwest style IPA is generously hopped to 60 IBU’s with Centennial hops from the Yakima Valley. Brewed in the classic style with two-row Pale and Crystal malt, our IPA is a real thirst quencher. It has a full, malty body and there’s even a hint of fresh citrus to it. Perfect after your favorite water sport. Even if that happens to be the grueling drag-the-poolside-lounge-chair-into-the-sun event. Classic IPA is available in 6-packs, 12-packs, and on draft. ABV 6% IBU 60

Taste like rice liquior. Aftertaste of rubbing alcohol weak hops for an IPA beer. Appearance was copper clear with minimal head. This is a poor IPA beer.

Pours a clear amber-gold color with a medium thick foamy white head that recedes gradually to a film. Stringy lacing. Aroma of citrus, hops and malt. Medium body with flavors of citrus, herbal hops and grainy malt. The finish is mildly bitter with an herbal hop aftertaste. Decent overall.

Originally rated on 2/1/09. Full Sail IPA poured a average looking body, thin head, with a little lace. Aroma was nice with a citrus presence and a little sweet malt thrown in. Flavor has a nice hop bite, and the malts give it a little balance. Overall a decent IPA

12 oz. bottle thanks to hauxe. Pours clear gold with a small white head. Aroma of malt, mild fruitiness. Taste is malt, caramel, citrus notes, grapefruit, pine. Flavor trends toward the malt. Moderately bitter finish. Ok.

Bottle - Ultra clear light Amber color. Rather light aromas and taste as well. Not much bitterness. Built as a classic IPA it doesn’t taste much like one. Very easy drinking which is nice. Could be a session IPA for certain.

Clear deep golden with a thin foamy off white cap. Charming leafy and slightly floral nose that’s got a thin hint of pine resin on the back. Clean and crisp flavor that’s got an appropriate pale malt backbone with a nice semi dry body, crisp leafy hops and a light bitterness. Just cool calm and collected, a nice intro to the style for the uninitiated.

Bottle. Drank this straight from the bottle, I suppose this pours regular ipa style. Not sure about colour though. Aroma is malty and has touches of grapefruit and orange zest. Flavor is very mild bitter, juicy hops and malty sweet aftertaste. Medium carbonation, long light bitter aftertaste. Okay.

A copper color with a white head that faded away quickly. A good aroma, nice mix of resin and pine, soft grapefruit hops. Nice caramel malts. Flavor had a nice bitter flavor. Nice sweet malts. Moderate mouthfeel.

[24/12/2015] Bottle from Happy Valley Supermarket, Portland, OR. Nice orange body with big head. Nose is floral, lots of fruits, caramel and skunky. Taste is caramel again with fruits and nice hops. Oily finish.

Malty, slightly minerally nose, medium light body, nicely balanced bitterness and maltiness. Nice hop flavor, with a moderately bitter finish. Reminiscent of an English pub bitter, but at 6%, is too strong for its body and complexity. Would be an excellent session beer if they could get this flavor into a 4% ABV beer.
