A very fine beer. Excellent color, easy drinking for us hopheads. Tastes like hops in a glass. Great summer beer. Full Sail can not make a bad product! pyrofoxxx (2) - Colorado, USA - AUG 13, 2011 does not count

aroma: piney citrusy hops, caramel pale malt, and some yeast esters.
taste: pale and caramel malts, chocolate malt, floral piney citrus leafy hops.
good flavors and well-balanced.
Very classic rich, soft, mildly sweet IPA.The nose contains aromatics of grassy and pine hopping. Flavors are boldly hopped, bitter with light citrus meddling with pale malts. The finish is a lingering pepper bitter, with a tingling mouthfeel. A semi-oily palate. I am impressed with this company. Rock on!!! LJBrewing (22) - Anchorage, Alaska, USA - JUL 8, 2005
The clarity on this beer is exquisite! Fery pleasant Noble Hop Aroma. A decent Hop flavor and the IBU bitterness is appropriatly balanced by the Malt. Overall a find engish IPA. I prefer a little more HOP flavour and IBU such as u get with an american IPA. But this is good nonetheless. fattibobatti (246) - Tallahassee, Florida, USA - APR 25, 2007
floral, red, aminimal head, tan foam, medium sweetness, medium bitterness for an IPA, full body, long finish, TheBeerLover (1027) - DC Metro Area, USA - OCT 27, 2007
Sampled this one on draught at the brewery in Hood River, OR. This beer pours to a bright, deep golden to orange color, with a tall white head, and a good bit of carbonation. The nose on this beer is very fragrant, with big aromas of citrus, lemon, and pine. The palate is firm, with good, crisp, pale pale malt flavors. This beer finishes with more good pale malt up front, then ends with a very zesty, and bitter citrus/pine hop bite that lingers. A classic example of AIPA, that showcases hop aromas and bitterness wonderfully. FishManLA (337) - Abita Springs, Louisiana, USA - MAY 25, 2008
UPDATED: MAY 27, 2008 If you read my profile, you’ll see that I list my favorite beer style as IPA. To be specific, uber-hoppy American IPAs are my favorite. This one is a shining example of why that is. It pours an orangy-amber with a medium sized head with medium persistence. Pretty lacing is left on the edges of the glass as the beer is drunk. Nose is sweet and floral with notes of wood and spices. Flavor is distinctly woody and absolutely delicious bitter-hoppy with notes of herbs and spices with just a slight hint of bread. Finish is hoppy and bitter but clean and tasty and lasts exactly the right amount of time. It doesn’t linger too long nor vanish too quickly.
