COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This Northwest style IPA is generously hopped to 60 IBU’s with Centennial hops from the Yakima Valley. Brewed in the classic style with two-row Pale and Crystal malt, our IPA is a real thirst quencher. It has a full, malty body and there’s even a hint of fresh citrus to it. Perfect after your favorite water sport. Even if that happens to be the grueling drag-the-poolside-lounge-chair-into-the-sun event. Classic IPA is available in 6-packs, 12-packs, and on draft. ABV 6% IBU 60

Pour is a clear and still gold, no head or lacing. Smells of sweet hops, bubblegum, sweet licorice and buttered bread. Taste is buttered scones, sweet hops, crisp corn and slight berry on the aftertaste. Very sweet

Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a pint glass. The appearance is a slightly cloudy golden color with a small white head. The aroma is bitter hops. The taste follows the nose.

6-pack bottles. A bit of color to this IPA, which usually means a richer malt backbone. And that is decent enough, but the hops are a bit of a let down. Resiny citrus, but weak. Hops aren’t firm enough, if that makes any sense. Comes across as an outdated examples of the style.

Pours a clear amber-gold color with a medium thick foamy white head that recedes gradually to a film. Stringy lacing. Aroma of citrus, hops and malt. Medium body with flavors of citrus, herbal hops and grainy malt. The finish is mildly bitter with an herbal hop aftertaste. Decent overall.

Originally rated on 2/1/09. Full Sail IPA poured a average looking body, thin head, with a little lace. Aroma was nice with a citrus presence and a little sweet malt thrown in. Flavor has a nice hop bite, and the malts give it a little balance. Overall a decent IPA

Bottle - Ultra clear light Amber color. Rather light aromas and taste as well. Not much bitterness. Built as a classic IPA it doesn’t taste much like one. Very easy drinking which is nice. Could be a session IPA for certain.
