3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. The pour was a light clear amber with an average sized (1-2 finger) frothy white head that had really nice retention which produced some excellent sticky lacing.
The aroma was moderately heavy of a floral hop, a grain malt and a soapy yeast with notes of caramel and citrus (grapefruit).
The taste was lightly bitter with a hint of caramel early on, then a nice hoppy bitterness took hold with a nice fruity citrus taste at the end. The flavor lasted only a short time in which the taste of grapefruit and hops took hold of the taste buds.
Mouthfeel was light in body and dry in texture with a medium carbonation.
Overall a very nice hoppy brew that goes down nice and easy, leaving one with the nice taste of citrus at the end.
6-pack bottles. A bit of color to this IPA, which usually means a richer malt backbone. And that is decent enough, but the hops are a bit of a let down. Resiny citrus, but weak. Hops aren’t firm enough, if that makes any sense. Comes across as an outdated examples of the style. Ronritter (773) - Blaine, Minnesota, USA - MAY 26, 2017

Pours a clear amber-gold color with a medium thick foamy white head that recedes gradually to a film. Stringy lacing. Aroma of citrus, hops and malt. Medium body with flavors of citrus, herbal hops and grainy malt. The finish is mildly bitter with an herbal hop aftertaste. Decent overall. BeerRenter76 (1017) - Texas, USA - MAY 10, 2017
Originally rated on 2/1/09. Full Sail IPA poured a average looking body, thin head, with a little lace. Aroma was nice with a citrus presence and a little sweet malt thrown in. Flavor has a nice hop bite, and the malts give it a little balance. Overall a decent IPA wombat23 (1501) - Texas, USA - MAY 1, 2017

Bottle - Ultra clear light Amber color. Rather light aromas and taste as well. Not much bitterness. Built as a classic IPA it doesn’t taste much like one. Very easy drinking which is nice. Could be a session IPA for certain. onceblind (9858) - Denver, Colorado, USA - NOV 4, 2016
Clear deep golden with a thin foamy off white cap. Charming leafy and slightly floral nose that’s got a thin hint of pine resin on the back. Clean and crisp flavor that’s got an appropriate pale malt backbone with a nice semi dry body, crisp leafy hops and a light bitterness. Just cool calm and collected, a nice intro to the style for the uninitiated. MrHangover (4610) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - OCT 22, 2016
Bottle. Drank this straight from the bottle, I suppose this pours regular ipa style. Not sure about colour though. Aroma is malty and has touches of grapefruit and orange zest. Flavor is very mild bitter, juicy hops and malty sweet aftertaste. Medium carbonation, long light bitter aftertaste. Okay. Ron (3994) - Rochester, New York, USA - OCT 19, 2016
A copper color with a white head that faded away quickly. A good aroma, nice mix of resin and pine, soft grapefruit hops. Nice caramel malts. Flavor had a nice bitter flavor. Nice sweet malts. Moderate mouthfeel. altonbrownd (5897) - Chevy Chase, Maryland, USA - OCT 1, 2016
