(Bottle 35,5 cl) Clear, orangey brown with an off-white head. Clean aroma of roasted malt. The body is medium with a very clean and smooth mouthfeel, flavours of roasted malt without much sweetness really. Dry, lightly hoppy finish. Not really a great beer by any means, but well crafted indeed. 280307 bhensonb (15208) - Woodland, California, USA - JAN 13, 2007
Strong smell of grassy malt. Brilliant ruby copper color with a head that quickly absconded. Starts with a spiciness, followed by a malty sweetness. Little hop here, if any. Very good mouthfeel. Finishes dryish, but with bits of sweetness popping out. It’s beautiful and it drinks well. I think there is a very small amount of vanilla in here.
