A touch sweet and a touch dusty. Flavor has a slight hop bite, and a little grainy sweetness on the finish. Ok. DavoleBomb (1867) - Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 30, 2015
Poured into a pils glass.
4.75 A: Clear medium yellow color. Two fingers of frothy white head. Retention is pretty good and a thick ring of lacing is left.
3.75 S: Dank grassiness abounds. Grainy and quite floral, I could easily be smelling a flower. Clean with a mild sweetness. Very nice.
3.5 T: Again quite grassy. I can almost feel like I’m chewing grass. Sweeter than the nose suggested, but within good limits. Floral with herbal and earthy hop notes. Something along the lines of lemongrass, but slightly different. A bit doughy as well.
4.0 M: Medium body. Good moderate carbonation. This has a viscous chewiness to it that I rather like. Also good amount of creaminess.
3.75 D: Pretty good beer. I’ve never thought much of Full Sail and a great pils is just the way to start changing my mind.

This is a limited release and it is golden with smooth taste and light fresh hopped taste. joejames (510) - Jacobus, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 3, 2014
Bottle to shaker glass. Pours clear golden, moderate head, decent lacing. Aroma of lemon, hay, grass. Taste is crisp average bitterness for a pilsner a touch of sweetness. Light bodied, medium carbonation, silky mouth feel. Finishes crisp with notes of citrus, cereal malts, slightly woody. A decent pilsner. ganache (5854) - New Jersey, USA - OCT 19, 2014
Bottle. Nose is juicy sweet lemony citrus and grass, some light wood, quality Saaz-y output. ours rich, dark golden nearing bronze with abundant slow-moving bubbles and a soapy bright white head. Taste sweet and malty with the aforementioned hop character, medium bitterness even edging up toward strong bitterness, but clean clean and a little sharp. Pale malt , slightly floral character from the hops but no graininess to match, flavor actually fades pretty quickly. Touch airy, touch chalky, medium-full body. Very nice!

bottle - Pours a clear golden with a creamy, 2 finger head. Caramel and grassy notes. Taste is bready malts. Could be more crisp, but decent beer. Fatehunter (2561) - Corbett, Oregon, USA - SEP 8, 2014
Pours two fingers of head on a clear straw colored body.
The aroma is pleasantly floral with some honey.
The taste starts off with a bite of bitterness, gives way to some mild honey sweetness, and finishes with a dry moderate bitterness. Great balance and profile.
The texture is crisp with moderate carbonation.
Excellent. scoth (683) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - SEP 2, 2014
Pours clear pale golden yellow with a thin white diminishing head, very fine lacing. Malty bread, with some light fruity and earthy aromas. Light body, smooth and crisp. Mildly sweet, a hint of lemon, and a light bitter finish and a gentle mineral note. Easy drinking. KlickitatJim (7) - Washington, USA - AUG 14, 2014 does not count
Aroma: very light total aroma with a sulfury lager note dominating, followed by some grainy pils malt and very low nobel hop that is mostly floral. As it warms very faint DMS canned corn note.
Appearance: light gold with pinpoint bubbles rising to a frothy eggshell creamy head that disipates normally leaving moderate lacing
Flavor: spicy/floral nobel hop flavor and moderate bitterness leading the way followed by a fair amount of crackery continental pils malt and lightly fruity esters. Finishes clean with a side of the tongue bite that seems almost citrusy. No alcohol heat but strong enough to let you know its not BMC.
Mouthfeel: medium bodied and well carbonated, soft round start that finishes medium dry. Very faint stickiness on the lips.
Overall: Bought within 30 miles of the brewery so its pretty fresh sample. Very drinkable. I’d fill an ice chest for a BBQ and this would be great training wheels for BMC folks. Probably not a world class example of a BoPils because after a pint you start to recognize tge Full Sail fingerprint. (House flavor) Its great concidering Hood River isn’t in the Czech Republic. maekchu (3847) - Hirakata, JAPAN - AUG 11, 2014
Tap at Full Sail in Hood River. Light spicy hop nose, with some sweetish malt. Golden straw color. Minimal malt sweetness, light buttery notes, and smooth gentle bittering in mid and final. Thin-medium body. Not bad. Doesn’t really quite get to a Bohemian pils level (missing the full aroma character).
