The flavor is lightly tart and metallic. A bit of toast, lots of biscuit, some bread, yeast, and fruit esters. Mild yeast flavor and a hint of grass on the finish.

Bottle from the Co-Op in Davis, CA. Pours amber with a creamy/foamy beige head. Beautiful. Aroma is spice over mildly bready malt. Near full bodied; spritely carbonation. There’s a lot of malt here. Also a lot of spicey/herby hop. One of the tastier Viennas I can recall.
