On tap at Pilsener Room, Portland. Amber with beige head. Woody hop aroma. Lovely fresh hop aroma. Earthy, woody finish which is not over the top. Really nice hop on it. Great. Good malt structure to balance. This is lovely. Stunning, reminds me of something but can’t think what. Angeloregon (2055) - Portland, Oregon, USA - MAR 26, 2007
Lupulin are the glandular hairs of a hops bud known for its meditative and sedative properties, and this brew provides just that with a emblematic and very drinkable Cascadian hoppiness with a supremely bitter finish. Nalu (217) - Washington, USA - SEP 26, 2010
Clear gold pour with a short white head leaving a coarse lace. Toasty, hoppy nose and start with a meaty body overlaid with astringent, spruce hops. Long, bitter and sweet finish. Very sessionable. bitterpeanut (15) - Portland, Oregon, USA - OCT 15, 2006
I was lucky enough to have this excellent beer on draught at the Oregon Brewers Guild 3rd annual Freshop Beer Tastival held at Lucky Lab Beer Hall in Portland. A very nice floral and citrus aroma that carries all the way through to the finish. Cascade hops where used throughout from my understanding. The color was a little dark (guessing around SRM 13), but still holding within the IPA style guidelines. The flavor was well balanced, I don’t know what the IBUs where, but guessing around 65. The body was just about perfect, the color threw me off as I was expecting it to be a bit heavier. I will hunt this one done again before the season passes. On tap @ Stone Brewing World Bistro and Gardens 01.04.09. Bright clear red-orange. Fresh flowery hop aroma, also cantaloupe. Sweet toffee malt and perfumey floral hops in abundance, bitter piney end. Delicious!

On tap at Brouwer’s for hopfest ’09. Super clear body and very lacy. Somewhat of a malty IPA, fruity and bitter notes in the taste. Floral aroma, fabulous palate. jake65 (3983) - Meridian, Idaho, USA - OCT 10, 2007
Draft @ The Front Door in Boise: Pours a deep golden orange with a large, creamy beige head. Thick sheets of lacing. Nose is full of citrus hops, fruitiness, and florals. I can almost feel the grapefruit. Taste is immersed in that same fruity citrus hops with a very wet mouthful. Very tasty. Ungstrup (38242) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - JUN 15, 2008
Draft. A hazy amber beer with a thin lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet grassy with notes of grapefruit, and so is the flavor with a dry bitter finish. Great balance - lovely hopping. I was told 215 lbs of Amarillo was used for a 15 bbl. brew. Hophead22 (2879) - Redlands, by way of Wisconsin,, California, USA - NOV 17, 2008
Tap. Dark gold. Very fresh aroma, nice and floral. Great flavor as well, nice and hoppy. Very nice. boFNjackson (4201) - Portland, Oregon, USA - MAR 4, 2009
Cask @ The Horse Brass Pub... Poured amber with a white head. Hops on the nose. Very soft, subtle palate -- the cask did this nicely. Strong floral hop flavors with the malt acting like shortbread cookies for a sweeter balance to the hop bitterness.
