22 ounce bottle from Beer Run in Charlottesville, VA, opened 10/5/10. Pours a clear reddish amber with a thin head. Decent head retention and lacing. Aroma of bread, raisins and faint caramel. UPDATED: FEB 9, 2011 Thanks to Homerwantsbeer for sharing a bottle. Pours a reddish-orange color with a medium off-white head that that dissipates steadily. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of bananas and spices. Medium body with a sweet fruity character that has malt and yeast notes. The finish is caramel malt and bananas. Reddish hue with a small off-white head. A good yeasty aroma. Its the style, but nothing to write home about: bitter-sweet,a tad of toast. not too complex. Middling mouthfeel.
