Pours a medium golden color. Nose is lacking in hops, a little grainy. Taste is atrocious, tastes like onions and sweat socks. Terrible. bluegrassburke (28) - Crested Butte, Colorado, USA - OCT 8, 2010

22oz bottle. Pours a clear copper gold with a medium white frothy head that retains well and laces the glass.Trev (2023) - Lakeville, Minnesota, USA - OCT 3, 2010
The aroma is subdued - sweet malts and minty, grassy hops.
The flavor is a big watery bitterness, kind of charred with a little sweet biscuity malt. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with low carbonation, slightly watery.
Overall, this was very subdued. I didn’t get much in the aroma, and although there was a lot of bitterness, there was not much real flavor.
medium gold pour, thick white head.
aroma is biscuity malt, earthy grassy hop. Some light tropical fruitiness and peppery tones.
Flavour is medium sweet biscuity maltiness.. fruity and light floral hop.
Better than their regular ipa Ratman197 (15200) - Arvada, Colorado, USA - SEP 29, 2010
Bomber poured a clear orange amber with a lasting creamy amber head. Aromas of cracker, orange zest, light earthiness, light tropical fruit and a hint of spice. Palate was light to medium bodied and crisp. Flavors of crackers, orange zest, tropical fruit, light earthiness and a hint of pine with a crisp lingering biter finish.

Bomber pours hazy light orange, kinda like the label actually! fair white head. Nose is sweet fruity hops, kinda like fruit cocktail. Flavor is assertive hop bitterness, cantalope, and grass, and some rubbing alcohol notes. Medium chewy body. Linger earthy bitter finish. Decent, especially for a fair price. Light amber, almost golden appearance with small white head. Aroma is strong hops and a little grapefruit. Flavor is all hops and citrus, and a bit acrid. No sense of malt to balance it at all. Way too one sided, still not bad but would not pick it over other IPAs. radagast83 (8299) - Arlington, Virginia, USA - SEP 18, 2010
Bomber. Poured a golden amber color with a foamy, slightly off-white head. Aroma was floral hops, slightly sweet malts. Flavor was bitter, hoppy, malty, a well balanced beer rounded off with a nice citrus character. marcus (10559) - Sacramento, California, USA - SEP 17, 2010
Pours dark golden with a nice beige head and a floral fruit aroma. There is a substantial caramel malt base that starts sweet and is quickly overcome with dry hop bitterness. It works pretty well. Gooney (389) - Portland, Oregon, USA - SEP 10, 2010
22 oz bottle - Pours a light amber color with a rich, white head. It was pleasant to watch the carbonation swirl to the top of the glass. Pleasant aroma with a hint of bread and a floral hops scent. Very smooth on the palate. I’d like a few more hops in an IPA, but it’s a solid beer.
