Bottle. Poured orange with medium white head. Much lacing. Citrusy aroma, but marred by an unfortunate warm rubber smell. Pleasant hoppy flavour, not too bitter. Well balanced.

Light orange with a yellowed-newsprint head. Musty nose (not a good saison way) of rotten grapefruit rind. Yikes, that’s really off. The flavor is just a weak thin, slightly sour, slightly metallic IPA, but the nose makes it near to undrinkable.

Beerona97 (2399) - Washington, USA - AUG 1, 2010
Pours clear orange with a foamy white head that fades. Aroma of mostly grain and some citrus rind. Taste has lots of grainy malt also with a mild hop bitterness.

22 oz. bomber. Pour is bright orange and clear with a nice soapy head that leaves some lacing. Aroma is nice and fruity citrus, but is faint and clean. Taste is bitter and dirty grapefruit citrus and a well mixed malt. Palate is gritty a chaulky that finishes dry. I really liked this one and will buy some more.

22 oz bottle. Clear orange/yellow with a dense off white head. Aroma of peaches and citrus. Strong bitter flavor with a fruity finish and a moderate alcohol presence. Medium body with active carbonation and a dry bitter finish. Decent IPA.

The Dan journal #389. Tasted 8/5/10. 22oz bomber. Filtered with a dark golden hue. Webbed off-white head. Aromas of subtle oranges and herbal grassy hops. Medium bodied and rather astringent. Good bitterness with a bright effervescence and a dry finish. Flavors of citrus fruit, especially oranges and grapefruit. Bitter finish and mildly sticky. Very well crafted and drinkable!

robforbes (2312) - Bremerton, Washington, USA - MAY 31, 2010
pours a clear orangish with a very small white head, and some lacing. smell is floral, citrus, some caramel, and roasted malt. taste is crisp, bitter, malt, a roastiness, a little sweet in the back, and some caramel, ends a little sour, and bitter.

Sparky (2244) - Phoenix, Arizona, USA - JUL 31, 2014
2011 backlog. Bomber. Pours cloudy orange with a thin white head. The nose is perfumey hops and malt. The taste is fruity hops, toffee and a major bitter resin finish that lingers. Medium bodied. OK IPA but unbalanced. 3.2

scrizzz (2223) - Bothell, Washington, USA - JUN 21, 2010
Dry leafy aroma, bright clear copper, thick creamy white head. Strong cantaloupe character and biscuit malt, juicy and dense, some apricot tartness and an earthy weight. Interesting mesh of flavors, I dig it.

wchesser (2217) - Denver, Colorado, USA - OCT 24, 2010
Nose opens up with warmth floral and malt. Cloudy orange gold. Very bitter finish...too much for my taste...grapefruit pith without any of the fruit or citrus notes. Ok but not likely to get again...wish I had gotten another bomber of Wreck the Halls...
