Bottle @ Beer Revolution. Pours a clear amber color with a medium head. Decent head retention and lacing. Aroma of citrus hops with a bit of a tropical note and faint malty notes. The taste is very bitter, resiny and herbal hops with some green apple notes. Medium bodied. DuffMan (10772) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - MAY 11, 2012
Bottle. Not sure of the freshness here, as my label says 2010. Hmmmm. Anyway, it pours out a hazy fairly bright orange with a medium off white head. No lace. Aroma is more malty than hoppy, sweet cereal, earthy veggie hop nuances. Not very appealing. The palate shows similar structure in that it features sweet cereal malts more prominently than aromatic hops. There is a lot of bitterness in here, but not much to elevate the palate. The hop character is more medicinal and astringent than anything. Not that great. truegen (167) - Puyallup, Washington, USA - MAY 23, 2010
22 oz. bomber. Sharp, somewhat astringent aroma. Nice shiny copper color. Underactive head. Kind of a sweet and sour type brew that seems to be attempting a balance of opposing forces. It doesn’t quite make it. The hops dominate and not in the best of ways. There’s not enough behind the hops to carry their strange presence in this beer. The Spot series just gets weirder with each entry. 19Ei8hty (1166) - Washington, USA - JUN 6, 2010
Intensely astringent. Light biscuity malt profile with some soft sweet caramel notes. Leaf and grass are pervasive and the alcohol is more pronounced than it should be. Slightly soapy and sour. Not very good, Full Sail - or rather ; just your style. Meh-tastic.

Bottle, at Brewforia, pours a hazy dingy orange with a small sandy colored head. Faint fruity aroma. Peaches and apples. Dry lively crisp palatte. Not sure how this qualifia as an IPA. The bitterness is there...though I can’t find all 70 IBUs that Full Sail claims. ECM more lacking is the hop flavor. Not un pleasent, just not hoppy. I continue to be inderwelmed by their "sun" series in general.

22oz bottle from the state wine store Beardface (1517) - Eugene, Oregon, USA - AUG 25, 2010
Appearance: Pours a crystal clear golden with a medium sized white head and good lacing left in the glass
Aroma: Bready, piney and sweet
Taste: Biscuity, earthy with a bitter pine finish. Leaves a lingering medicinal coating in my mouth
A decent beer, bitter but sweet at the same time. Different.
I’ve never really enjoyed Full Sail’s IPAs at all, but this one is especially not good. Very stale and musty tasting and smelling. Ol Wiley Wiggins the pooch snagged a little of this though and seemed to enjoy it. AmEricanbrew (7080) - Same Trailer, Different Park, Louisiana, USA - AUG 12, 2010
Glowing clear amber color/ fleeting off white head. Mild grassy, cat spray, spicy alcohol aromas. medium bodied. Bitter pine hop flavors with mild caramel, dry cardboard, alcohol. not exactly spotless. mcberko (19869) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 3, 2010
Bottle sampled at SIB, pours hazy dark orange. Aroma of light hops and caramel malt. Fairly standard, muted hops with a solid malt backbone. Not a great IPA.
