Local 22oz bottle. Pours a clear orange-copper colour with a short white head and spotty lacing. Nice, gentle aroma of mandarin oranges, grass, and citrusy northwest hops. Definitely not an overpowering flavour initially. Very light hops and some citrus notes but once the back of your tongue gets splashed the bitterness starts. Relatively long finish with lingering bitter notes. Okay for me but not one of my favorites. AdamGott (387) - Idaho Falls, Idaho, USA - JUN 25, 2010
Nice floral hop aroma. Almost golden colored pour. Malty and peppery. I like mine with more citrusy hops blended and those notes are nearly indistinguishable here. It does leave nice lingering aftertaste and has A very creamy/velvety feel I. The mouth. savnac (2656) - Anchorage, Alaska, USA - JUL 2, 2010
22 oz bottle. Clear orange/yellow with a dense off white head. Aroma of peaches and citrus. Strong bitter flavor with a fruity finish and a moderate alcohol presence. Medium body with active carbonation and a dry bitter finish. Decent IPA. fidel (1302) - Livermore, California, USA - JUL 3, 2010
Poured golden orange, floral and earthy hops, little stone fruits, little caramel malts, little bready. bhensonb (16120) - Woodland, California, USA - JUL 5, 2010
Bomber from Malt & Vine. Pours amber gold with a foamy beige 3 finger head. Aroma is very floral. Medium body with foamy carbonation. Flavor is very mild malt with a lot of floral and a little citrus for hop. Finishes definitely bitter. Bitter lingers. Having said that, it does seem a bit under flavored. Don’t know why. It has a lot of bitter. Maybe I’ve been over doing Impy styles. This is a really good and bitter IPA.

Light fuzzy head and light see through amber color. Smells of alcohol barley and pine. Tastes similar with a strong bitter finish. Refreshing but could use more pronounced flavors and more complex after taste. DialSquare (5198) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - JUL 8, 2010
Bomber - clear copper pour. Aroma of grass, lemon and citrus hops. Taste of caramel roasted malts and slightly acid hop bite. Finishes up a tacky bitter sweet. Ok - not great. SurlyWench (8) - USA - JUL 25, 2010 does not count
caramel, somehwhat floral aroma. Golden amber color, pretty clear - minimal white head. Taste starts out kind of sweet and malty, but has a bitter finish - the more I had, the more the bitterness tamed the sweetness of it. Interesting aftertaste - kind of stays on the tongue for a bit - taste definitely lasts awhile. Overall, I kind of liked it. I wouldn’t say it was the perfect IPA, for sure - kind of tastes more like a cross between an IPA and an amber, but it’s tasty, nonetheless. drfabulous (8997) - Lexington, Kentucky, USA - JUL 26, 2010
Draught at Pilsner Room Portland. Malty English IPA. Medium Body. Taste is nothing exceptional. Average. randy1301 (265) - Atlanta, Georgia, USA - JUL 31, 2010
22oz bottle.Pours a orange/amber with a soapy white head.Nose is herbal and pine hops.Taste is bitter hops up front and on the finish with herbal hops prevalent throughout. The hops are on display for sure in this brew but not enough malt character to even things out. This is definitely an english style IPA but not a well balanced one...
