My first beer of the night. Damn this is good. Aroma of bittering hops, chocolate malt, dust. Flavor is roasted barley, peanut shells, some coffee-ish flavors but not too intense, just right. Bottle. Pours a medium/dark brown with medium tan head that leaves nice lacing on the glass. Aroma is of roasted malts. Bottle. Pours mahogany with a light tan head. Aroma is predominately malty with bread, caramel, Walkers shortbread, and spruce hops. Flavor is caramel, nuts, brown bread, cocoa powder, and honey. Hops come in the flavor as well to balance out, adding a spicy hop profile to the beer. Full Sail Wassail

Poors a dark brown, like strong iced tea with little to no head that leaves nice lacing on the glass. Smells herby—of a lavender bush. Minor carbonation bubbles. Pleasing bitter aftertaste of coffee and bitter hops that creeps from the back of the tongue to the front, ending in a sour note. Taste of molasses, and brown sugar without the sugar. This beer is in the semi-regular rotation. We like it.

This is full of holiday cheer. Roasted malt, spices, and bitter hops. Hoppy, toasted nuttiness, toffee, raisins and roasted flavors. Rich and flavorful. This is a nice seasonal.

Bottle. Mahogany, small head with tight bubbles. Mildly carbonated. Sweet aroma. Flavor showed malt upfront followed by a non-offensive metallic astringency finishing bittersweet. Low hops with a lingering, nonoffensive metallic aftertaste. Medium body, crisp finish. Pours a dark ruby color into the glass, with a smallish off-white head. Aroma is of caramel malt and hops. Taste is a mix of hoppy earthiness and bitterness, with light sugar and malt. The first time I heard the term "Wassail," it was referring to hot spiced apple cider mixed with spiced rum.

Small head.Nice ruby-brown color.Aroma was not much,but I have a cold,so I really can’t say too much about it.The taste was a nice toasty,somewhat bitter,caramel without the sweetness.KInda sticky palate,which I find desirable.Finishes with a nice bitter hops,but could be a tad more hoppy for me.
