Lively carbonation, tastes similar to Fullerís ESB and 1845 with a little extra bitterness.

0.5 l bottle as India Pale Ale Bottle Conditioned from Alko Ojamo, Lohja. Golden colour with OK head. Yap, this is quite hoppy but not in a American way. Makes you want to bite a salty fish sandwich or something similar. ABV is a bit low for a historical India Pale Ale but as a modern interpretation this on the right track.

Very good beer. Aroma is fruity, mostly citrus with a subtle hint of mint - an excellent combination wich contributes to an overall greatly refreshing taste. Finish is very, VERY dry and accompanied with a long lasting bitterness. This is definitely not a beer to quench your thirst. No, it actually makes me want to down one more - and who am I to resist such urges? :) Recommended!

Bottle. Appearance - a beautiful bright amber. Nicely proportioned head. Nose - light pine and perhaps some citrus. Taste - toffee and spiced biscuits. Nice lime on the finish. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a dry balanced finish. Overall - a nice ale which lies somewhere between IPA and Bitter.

clear reddish amber with a one finger head that doesnít stay but leaves a lace.hoppy, earthy aromas, pine, spicy, maybe some caramel but iím not sure, malt.it tastes bitter, but bitterness contradicts with the sweetness of the malts but at the end it leaves a dry bitter alcoholic taste.the body is medium and carbonation is low moderate.

HOME (20160101): 33 cl bottle with a label of India Pale Ale; bottle conditioned and 5.3% ABV. A beer with a good off-white foam layer and a clear red-copper like colour. Very nice aroma of light malty/caramel and a good smell of hopbitter. Taste is somewhat sweet (caramel), but fast a dry hopped taste is coming up. Body is medium, but okay.

Bottle from Germany labeled as India pale ale. Pours in clear amber with a small head. No lasting impressions but still a nice beer with some hoppy notes. Also prescense of some maltiness but the weaker type. Overall ok.
