3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Clear, very dark brown pour with garnet edges and a 3 finger, chunky tan head. Aroma is nutty, roasty and burnt fried bread, planty hops and interesting earthy, fruity notes. Flavor is roasted nuts, roast, char (something like normal roasty char, but with an underlying, though barely noticeable burnt vegetable oil taste), burnt peanuts, light char, light planty and herbal hops, smoke and some fruity and berry-like notes. Finishes with roast, char, leather, earth and fruity notes. Light body, dry slightly chalky feel throughout with a light carbonation. Pretty tasty, nice roasty kick for a 4.5% stout
Keg at White House, Guildford. Coffee aroma with a tangy edge. Dark. Thick beige head. Looks very good in the branded glass. Light bitter. Kinda sweet and sour. Malty. Light bodied but creamy. Flat carbonation. Abrupt finish. Decent enough but didn't really do that much for me. lidor1995 (136) - ISRAEL - NOV 12, 2017
UPDATED: NOV 12, 2017 Pours from the bottle black with no head, chocolate aroma strongly present, taste of chocolate and coffee, a little burnt after taste and oddly enough, cheese martpez (335) - Norwich, Norfolk, ENGLAND - NOV 9, 2017
Nice caramel flavours. Roasted with lovely intense sweet flavours. Its strength makes it very quaffable to boot. einherjar (465) - Rijeka, CROATIA - OCT 25, 2017
Black color, small beige head. Aroma roasted malt, caramel. Taste roasted malt, dark chocolate, dry bitter finish. Above average stout. Davros IX (494) - Hertford, Hertfordshire, ENGLAND - OCT 24, 2017
Half of keg on the Fullers brewery tour. Black in the glass like any proper stout and with a minimal head. It was all roasted and toasted malts with plenty of welcome bitterness. A smooth mouth feel and a pleasure to drink. A solid beer and one to drink again.

A bottle from Jason's near NCCU, drunk at home. Aroma: toast, caramel, vegetables. Appearance: hazy cola, 1-2 mm. tan lacing. Palate: light-bodied and thin, soft carbonation, pronounced roasted finish. Taste: lightly sweet and bitter, over-roasted coffee, a discordant ashtray note at the finish. Just alright. danielst (420) - AUSTRIA - OCT 11, 2017
50cl bottle. Very dark brown. Mild roasted grain and caramel aroma. Dry taste with subdued coffee notes. A light mouthfeel and low carbonation. Quite a decent aroma, but a little too flimsy on the palate. mikske79 (1730) - Puerto Plata, DOMINICAN REPUBLIC - OCT 2, 2017
De geur is heel lekker vol. Weinig schuim. De smaak is typisch stout, niet zo lekker hora_da_merenda (55) - - OCT 1, 2017

Nice appearance. A little bit watery. Not good foam. Very good aftertaste. Avarage stout.
