Blastomorpha (93) - - DEC 31, 2016
Not as hoppy as an american IPA, not malty and rich as an english ESB. Neither too bad though.

MihaKu (81) - Ljubljana, SLOVENIA - DEC 25, 2016
Sorry to say, but it does not meet the standards of the style. bread, cookies, cereal, floral, citrus, soap orange, clear, big, frothy, tan foam, light sweetness, medium bitterness, medium sourness, medium body, oily feel, average carbonation, bitter, long finish,

0,5 l bottle. Pours clear golden amber with a finger of frothy off white head. Good head retention, some nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of biscuit and crystal malt, earthy and grassy hop notes in the background. It’s light sweet and medium bitter. Medium body, slick texture and quite lively carbonation. I would hope for a bit more hop character, but it’s drinkable.

VueltaBirrista (104) - Murcia, SPAIN - DEC 3, 2016

Beerclubsa (147) - Strand, SOUTH AFRICA - NOV 20, 2016
440ml bottle. Pours a light amber, very clear with a persistent loosely packed off white head. Aromas of spiced citrus and some earthiness. Slight biscuit malt in the background. Palate has medium carbonation, medium body. Flavours of citrus and an upfront med-low hop bitterness, which finishes in an off dry caramel flavour with some bitterness. Not bad at all for an English IPA.

Flasche 0,5l: Bernstein, leicht orange, deutliche Trübung, deutlicher feinporiger Schaum; in der Nase fruchtig, Malz, Getreide, kräftige Hopfennoten, Zitrusaromen, Orangenschalen, leichte Röstaromen; im Körper eher trocken, Malz, Getreide, leichte Röstaromen, trockene Bitterkeit, cremig, kräftige Kohlensäure, Hopfenaromen, etwas Kaffee; angenehmer trockener Nachgang mit leichten Röstaromen

Bottle. It’s an English style IPA (ie malt driven rather than hop forward) with plenty of biscuity caramel malts and notes of oranges and grassy hops. Taste is medium sweet biscuity malts with a moderate dry hop bitterness. Palate is light-medium bodied and soft. Clear coppery appearance. Quite pleasant.
