COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask: Seasonal - Winter and Spring.
Smooth and satisfying, this example of an historic style of beer derives its rich, chocolatey character from a blend of Brown and Chocolate malts in the brew. Its notable coffee notes and creamy finish make it a wonderful accompaniment to many sweet foods – especially chocolate pudding. 5.4% ABV.

NOTE: Most Fuller’s beer in the US is served by handpump kegs and not a cask. Ask your server.

Cask @ Bishops Arms, Hornsgatan. Close to black in the pint glass, with a small tanned head. Roasted chocolate aroma and sweet fudge. Really silky and smooth mouthfeel, low carbonated. Really clean and pleasant chocolate/cocoa taste, mild rosted notes, leather, fudge, tobacco and coffee. Hard to beat!

Sample from cask, Amagerbro Beerfestival 2015. Pitch black with tanned bubbles around the edge of the glass. Sweet, roasted aroma with caramel, chocolate, coffee, roasted and fruity notes. Taste is sweet/roasted. Very delicious. Medium body with a smooth, silky mouth feel. Correct temperature and carbonation. Long lasting roasted finish with coffee and chocolate. Excellent, smooth Porter. Only my second rating of a cask ale - much seek this out more.
