Perfect Englsh pint from a great brewery. Nothing overly exciting but knowing Fullers gets it right, this is a master pint. Huge on the malt and a great copper color.

Cask. Slightly malted. Amber body thin top. Tastes smooth balanced and instantly forgettable. What was the state of beer like when this was champion beer in 1979?! That said there are many worse beers available

Kicsit karcos, a csapolt verziůjŠt jobban szeretem, mer az csak ķgy simogatja a nyelőcsŲvem.

Grumbo (1674) - Ipswich, Suffolk, ENGLAND - NOV 25, 2016
From cask at the Old Mariner, Woodbridge. Pours golden with a bubbly white head. Light aroma of malt, hop, caramel and floral notes. Medium sweetness, very light bitterness. Light/medium body, sticky texture, soft carbonation. At its best served straight from cask.

Pint near Borough Market, London. Gold to orange in colour and very little carbonation. Some fruit (orange, citra) in the taste and some bitterness when finishing. While this is the quintessential easy drink bitter, there are more interesting brews around.

Godfather50 (200) - SCOTLAND - OCT 10, 2016
Pint in the Pheasant Heathrow. Poured a lifeless nut brown ale with no head or nose. Taste is heavy on the crystal malts. Slipped down easily and as a session ale not bad. But not good.

Piwo lekko metne w kolorze ciemno rubinowym z bardzo ladna mocno zbita drobnopechaerzykowa piana. W aromacie ziolowosc, biszkopty i lekko prazone slody. W smaku goryczka i wysycenie na niskim poziomie. Czuc lekka orzechowosc, karmel i lekka chlebowosc. Nudne jak wiekszosc bitterow ale jego zaleta jest swietny balans pomiedzy slodycza, goryczka i wytrawnoscia.
