Outstanding Premium Ale.
"London Pride is a smooth and astonishingly complex beer, which has a distinctive malty base complemented by a rich balance of well developed hop flavours from the Target, Challenger and Northdown varieties in the brew."

UPDATED: NOV 2, 2009 One of my favourite beers. Very well-balanced, with caramel flavours. Good balance of malt and hops; prefer it on tap though.

A well balanced smooth pint. Smooth with just a touch of diacetyl (butterscotch flavor). What London ales are all about. But you MUST drink it from a hand pump. The bottle just doesn't do it justice.

Full in body but a little lacking in balance. Butterscotch with hints of bitterness especially at the end. Thickens a bit but never really achieves what it should.

UPDATED: APR 8, 2003 Nice copper color but somewhat flat. Smooth, with a VERY inviting aroma - sweet, malty, & clean. Rounded and aromatic. Caramel notes weave in and out of every flavor/aroma in this beer. Nutty/roasty notes surface occasionally. Sweetness is overriding, but bitter hops tame it down somewhat.

nice, light red color, classic english pale taste. I got one over carbonatted bottle out of six, fullers needs to step it up, but decent none the less.

Not one of the stronger releases from Fuller's, but still a decent beer. Balanced in flavor, but a bit lean overall.

Better aroma than flavor, but very good body and carbonation................

This is probably my least favorite Fuller's beer. But still a very drinkable ale.
