Pours a bright golden honey color with a white frothy head. Smells of English malts, cereal, apples and herbal hops. Taste is a strong cider-like sweetness up front with cereal grain character while in the mouth. Aftertaste is smooth, buttery with just the right amount of hops. Carbonation is soft. Nice balance, awesome complexity. Good ale! Again, style categories at this site are in serious need of correction. This is an English Pale Ale, not an ESB.

500 ml canned. Clear amber beer with small off-white head. Aroma is floral hops, biscuit, a bit of honey. Taste follows the aroma with average sweetness and light to medium bitterness. Finish is slightly on the bitter side with a note of leafy, tea like bitterness.

Bottle - A darker orange color with zero head. Malty smell, can’t place the subtle smells that come along with it. A lot of malt on the taste as well. No balance from hops which for me it’s isn’t a good thing. Hints of toffee and caramel from the malt.

500 ml bottle. It is a good ale with sweet cake domination. Nice foam, medium Co2, body, yellow colour. Taste is cake and a little hop beside this. Good, but very expensive.

Bursztynowe ze skromną pianą. Aromaty toffi i palonego słodu. W smaku trochę słodowe z nutą kawy. Lekko goryczkowe

Acheté à Auchan grande synthe. Bouteille de 33cl. Couleur cuivre reflet dorée, belle brillance . Mousse inexistante. Bien gazeuse.
