3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle from Tesco Exmouth. Clear deep golden-brown, mid- sized head. Shy malty base with some very nice resiny-grassy hops and a touch of citrus fruit.
Slighty (perhaps quite a bit) out of date bottle in ABZ. Pretty sure this is from Tesco. It pours clear amber with a decent white head. The aroma is pretty tame... malt-driven, toffee/caramel, earth, leaf and soem grass. The taste is quite light, watery even, grassy bitterness, spice, sweet toffee undertones, wood and earth with a short, dry finish. Light body and average carbonation. Yes it is pretty light, but its not all bad and has certainly held up ok. Erzengel (9348) - Wuppertal, GERMANY - JUL 5, 2015
*Old rating. Best before 09 Jul 2012. The beer starts fresh and malty. A bit thin in body, but still highly drinkable and quite full for the 2.8%. Moderate bitter aftertaste with nice floral and caramelly hints. Stuu666 (14563) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - JAN 28, 2015

500ml bottle bought at the Fullers Brewery Shop. Clear amber coloured body, dissipating, bubbly white head. Mild aroma of caramel malts. Leafy hops and caramel malts to the taste buds. Short lived dry bitter ending. Not as thin bodied as expected. Fine thirst quencher (hotel room, London 27.11.2012). zacgillbanks (5435) - Tyne & Wear, ENGLAND - NOV 11, 2012
Bottle from Tesco, Hexham. Amber coloured with a malty and toffee flavour, a slightly thin body followed by a caramel and bitter hop finish. Very good for a low ABV beer. gowdy (1115) - Erskine, SCOTLAND - NOV 2, 2012
Bottle at the Delday’s house. Poured with a large head. Clear golden colour. Not too gassy though. Not super either though.
