mickut (305) - Espoo, FINLAND - DEC 26, 2010
Bottled. Pours clear, deep amber, with a large, dense tan head and has a fairly good lacing. Taste is mildly bitter with a soft, lingering aftertaste. Palate is a tad thinner than expected, yet full bodied and softly carbonated. Aroma has spices, caramel, roasted malts. Overall a nice balance and warmth.

Pours beautiful ruby amber with small tanned head leaving nice lacing. Aroma of syrup, malts, caramel and hops. Nice hoppy mouthfeel. Flavor is spicy, malty, citric and piny hoppy. Fruity perry palate. Finishes acidy fruity turning into long lasting tart hoppy aftertaste.

grungejesus (51) - SWEDEN - DEC 17, 2010

Mad_Ferret (1025) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - DEC 13, 2010
Clear amber/copper colour. Off-white head. Aroma is sweet of butterscotch, nuts, butter, caramel and malt. Taste is also butterscotch, nutty, dried fruits, malty and creamy with a tingle of hops. Ends quite dry. Not a very christmassy beer in the swedish sense (and why would it be?), but a warming and hearty one. The sweet notes gives me childhood feelings.
