Pours orangish amber with a fully receding white head. Notes of toffee, caramelized wort, nuts and plum. Medium to full bodied with moderate carbonation. Lightly sweet with nice fruity esters.

Bottle from Cracked Kettle. Nice amber body with top head. Notes of malts and honey. Taste is warming malts with plenty of sweet and spice. Quite syrupy in texture. Nice one

Dark red with decent white head. Taste of dark fruits with vanilla, caramel and roasted notes. The flavours that were there were nice but they werenít strong enough and so the taste was somewhat lacking. Had a bitter finish. The beer was unfortunetly thin and a little watery. Overall this was drinkable but not Fullersí best.

Secret Santa Bottle: Amber hue with coppery highlights topped by a rocky head which left very good lace. The aroma has notes of Crystal and Maris Otter malt, honey, apple butter, hint of British Golden Syrup, crystallized ginger, hazelnut, and a touch of grassy hops. Taste is that of a fruitcake and grainy nutty cereal with a bit hop bitterness on the finish. A tad too syrupy and sweet, lacks the spicy note I hoped for on the finish. The mouth feel is tad slick and moderately carbonated, light alcohol and dusty dryness. Overall it is okay, hoped for more.

Preparing christmas the day before with this nice winter warmer. Dark amber color with a decent bubbly tan head. Buttery aroma with caramel, spice and hops. Bitter sweet flavor of caramel malt with a mixture of hops. Maybe a little too much of that dry bitterness coming through.

Clear copper colour with small creamy off-white head. Dark roasted malt with some Christmas twist, caramel, cinnamon and gingerbread. Bitter hoppy, sweetish dark roasted malt, dark fruits and spices in flavour.

It poured an amber liquid with a medium sized dirty white foam with some nice craters that left allot of lacing. It had a weak smell of caramell, malt, booze and arrack. Medium smooth mouthfeel with a bit stingy feeling. Medium body and medium bitterness. It didnít have a nice hoppy bitterness, a less enjoyable bitterness with a bite to it. It was also dry and taste of malt and had a buttery taste and feeling. The butter took over more and more as I drank it. Not my choice for this years Christmas celebration.

Bottle: Clear, amber coloured, small stable off-white head; fruity and roast-malty aromas, a tinge of molasses, too in the relatively dry malty and hoppy nose; moderate to solid bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied; lingering hoppy and sweet-malty finish, including traces of fruit-cake. Good Fullers quality, as usual............
