COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A light golden beer with a zesty edge and a hint of honey sweetness, Organic Honey Dew is a naturally palatable brew that finds popularity among lager drinkers as well as ale fans. It’s a popular misconception that only the honey is organic, but in fact the beer is brewed with entirely organic ingredients. It uses organic honey imported from Brazil, plus organic English malt and hops including the First Gold hop variety.

Organic Honey Dew is available in pasteurised bottles and kegs all year round, with a strength of 5% ABV.

Pale yellow colour, white head. Aroma of hay, bread, a touch of honey and a bit of citrus. Taste is light sweet, not my cup of tea... honey flavour that is a bit weird. Light body, thin texture, average carbonation.

Bottle. Pours a clear golden beer with a quickly disappearing white head. Aroma of faint honey, some buttery notes and diacetyl. Flavor is sweet, malty, light and rather boring and bland. Meh, just meh.

500 ml bottle. Slightly hazy golden pour with tiny vanishing head. Aroma is cidery, apple sauce, crabapples, minerals giving way to distinct honey underlain with biscuity malt. Flavour malty-sweet, more biscuit with a zing of honey on the finish. Apple aroma wanes, honey aroma and flavour become more prominent and as bubbles cease and the ale warms up. Mouthfeel quite dry, almost papery suggesting slight oxidation, though that could be the honey. Will try again served warmer.

Couleur jaune oranger, pas beaucoup de mousse, il y’a vraiment se goût de miel, du miel épicé et fort de garrigue. Goût de caramel et biscuit. Pas trop rafraîchissante mais très bonne

330ml bottle: Pours a clear light golden with minimal white head. Biscuity and fruity on aroma. Interesting flavour as it is a combination of fruit, malt and breadiness. Medium bitterness, medium carbonation, medium light body. Overall a refreshing ale.
