A light golden beer with a zesty edge and a hint of honey sweetness, Organic Honey Dew is a naturally palatable brew that finds popularity among lager drinkers as well as ale fans. It’s a popular misconception that only the honey is organic, but in fact the beer is brewed with entirely organic ingredients. It uses organic honey imported from Brazil, plus organic English malt and hops including the First Gold hop variety.

Organic Honey Dew is available in pasteurised bottles and kegs all year round, with a strength of 5% ABV.

Bottle. Pours a clear light gold colour with a creamy white head and some carbonation. The head disappears quickly, The aroma of honey hits as soon as the bottle is opened. Taste is not surprisingly dominated by honey, with some hop to balance.

50 cL bottle, given two me by my to great sons for fathers day. Pours golden yellow/orange with a little dense white head. Smooth and slight carbonated mouthfeel. Distinct honey aroma on top of a mild caramel malt base, a bit sharp. Flavour is honey, more sharp than sweet. Ends however quite sweet yet quite well balanced. Nice.

(Bottle 50 cl) Very intense, deep golden with only a small head. Very pronounced honey character, but the sweetness is really downplayed and never gets cloying. The honey only adds flavour - not stickyness. And everything is pretty balanced by a solid shot of Target. Quite a refined brew. 260201

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein orangegoldenes Bier mit ordentlicher Schaumkrone. Geruch fruchtig malzig, leicht hefig, hopfig, Honig. Geschmack hopfig malzig, fruchtig, leicht hefig, leichter Honiggeschmack.

Keg at The Iron Duke, London. Pours clear gold, highly effervescent, with a fine, white head. Sugary, crisp dough aroma. Medium sweet flavor, quite doughy, very light grassy bitterness, some toasty sugar. Light bodied with lively carbonation. Sweet, lightly sticky finish, more doughy bread, faint straw. Very basic stuff.
