A light golden beer with a zesty edge and a hint of honey sweetness, Organic Honey Dew is a naturally palatable brew that finds popularity among lager drinkers as well as ale fans. It’s a popular misconception that only the honey is organic, but in fact the beer is brewed with entirely organic ingredients. It uses organic honey imported from Brazil, plus organic English malt and hops including the First Gold hop variety.

Organic Honey Dew is available in pasteurised bottles and kegs all year round, with a strength of 5% ABV.

Orange, frothy off-white head w/ lace. Citruisy hop aroma melds well with honey aftertasty. Good, bitter hop finish, medium body, a nice balanced ale.

Bottle. Golden in colour. Malty; lots of honey, caramel, sweet malts. Fruity; mildly zesty citrus. Hoppy; balanced by grassy hop bitterness. Nice honey/malt/fruit/hop balance. Sweet light malty throughout, honey very evident, leading to a zesty mildly hoppy finish. Easy drinking. (2009-11)

Világos, tiszta, arany szín. Illatában érezni a méz jelenlétét. Ha belekóstolsz, akkor még markánsábban jelenik meg a méz, és egy kis citrusosság. Gyorsan iható, igazi ivósör.

24. 1. 2017, Ljubljana. Bottled. Is this really ale? Maybe a hint of honey which I could not recognise. Overall just, meh, bordering on average on the downside.

330 ml bottle. Pours a clear golden with a quickly disappearing white head. The aroma is grainy, grassy, floral, rather mild. Medium body with a lively carbonation, a light bitterness and a medium sweetness. Taste of sweetish grains, prunes, dates and some honey in the end.

Barva světle zlatá, pěna rychle opadávající. Chuť: jemný medový nástup, ve kterém se všechny ostatní chutě tak nějak vytrácejí. Naštěstí to není ulepeně medová chuť, ale celkem příjemná mírně nahořklá chuť s medovým pozadím...Ale já tyhle meďáky prostě nemusím...

Bottle as gift. Pours clear golden-orange with a barely there white head. Nose of honey, hard toffee sweets and melon. Tastes brings more honey, fudge, a gentle citrus hop and butter biscuits. It has a thin and smooth mouthfeel followed by a sharp carbonation. Overall this is a sweet and smooth, easy-drinking beer. Fans of honey and lager will enjoy this.

Bottle at a random London restaurant. Clear golden with bubbles. Honey, earthy notes, caramel malt. Quite lagery, albeit with a honey flavour.

Bright amber colour, carbonation and head quickly subsided. Nose is notes of malts and honey hints of herbs and bread. Initially lively in the mouth up front herbs and bread followed through with moderate caramel and honey sweetness. Doesn't linger on the palate. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
