I found this bottle from the grain d'orges in Crissier, one of the few place where you can get this beer, best before:12/2018. In my own opinion, it is a delightful stout, it is really the kind of beer so good that you could drink pints for ever like Gustave Courbet. The color is a powerful black body, opaque, white and brown foam, regular carbonation for the style. We could say that it is a foreign stout, excellent notes of roasted malt, coffee, delicious dark chocolate, hop, it is a dry stout, well balanced powerful aromas of coffee and roasted malt, reaching your nose in a poetical way, I drank this one with my wife, lovely experience from a correct macro brewery. gam (4073) - brisbane, AUSTRALIA - OCT 22, 2017
