Pasteurised bottle.
Light, smooth, and refreshing, Summer Ale is pale gold in colour, and at 3.9% alcohol by volume, an excellent quaffing ale. It delivers a flavour most lagers can only dream of, thanks to its all-malt brew (containing malted wheat), and 100% Saaz hops, a Czech variety found in the best pilseners. Like Organic Honey Dew, it should always be served chilled.

I love dark beers, but sometimes they're a little much on a sunny day... This summer ale is great for a BBQ.

Bottle. Pale Yellowy Gold in colour. Malty; buttery caramel, toasty malts. Lightly hopped. Sweetish malty throughout. Light beer with mild flavour and taste. (2009-06)

50 cl. flaske. 5,0 %. Dejlig gylden rødlig farve. Frisk smag. Smager virkelig af sommer. Købt i Salling Aalborg.

Bottled. Yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is sweet fruits, some mild earthy and grassy notes along with some slight notes of toffee. Flavour is bready malts, some fruity and floral notes along with mild grassyness. Also quite earthy notes.

Yellowish orange with a thin dissapearing white head. Smells sweet honey with malt and a light citrus hops. Sticky medium smooth body. Tastes sweet of honey and yellow fruit like peaches and wheat. Very light but not watery. I really liked the sweetness. Served cold it would really hit the spot.

thomat (4208) - Gteborg, SWEDEN - JUL 22, 2012
Golden with a medium white head. Grassy and fruity notes. Malt, fruit and hops. Medium to light body with a short, bitter finish.

A very light beer, a nice drink while sitting in the park. A bit of fruitiness and citrus in the aroma, very light in colour and clear. Lightly bitter, with a short, but pleasant finish.

maeib (8749) - Wootton, Northampton, Northamptonshire, ENGLAND - APR 17, 2012
Bottled. A golden beer with a small off-white ring of head. Some toffeeish malts amidst mild hoppiness. Obvious pasteurisation. A citrussy tinge saves it from being mundane.

greenmanalishi (568) - Leicestershire, ENGLAND - NOV 19, 2011
Spritzy hops, citrus, hay, and a sweet body. Not particularly daring and a little thin.

jtclockwork (17631) - , New Jersey, USA - MAY 11, 2010
Nice amber pour. Nose is very sweet citrus. Taste was a little lacking. Some resins and slight citrus. Rated 11/24/2000

angrybeerman (259) - Dublin, IRELAND - SEP 16, 2009
UPDATED: JAN 2, 2010 Not much aroma here and appearance was clear yellow, with no head. When cold though this tasted good. A nice sweet start with the hops coming in shortly afterwards. Changed to bitter in the finish with a final appearance by the hops following shortly. A bit watery but flavorsome, complex and balanced. Good when chilled aswell.
