Draft at Brewvival 2012. Pours hazy orange with a large creamy white head. Decent head retention. Aroma of wheat, spice, earthy notes, citrus. The taste is big citrus, wheat, spice, caramel. Medium bodied. radagast83 (8476) - Arlington, Virginia, USA - SEP 18, 2013
Had this on tap at GBD (Golden Brown Delicious) in DC. Poured a pretty vibrant yellow-orange color with a nice medium sized white head. Aroma was some light malts, light spice notes with plenty of black pepper in there. Wheat character, black pepper dominates a bit. Dryness from the honey is apparent. A good friend of mine is convinced that this will pair well with their chicken and waffles, and I don’t doubt him.

America Eats, DC tap (expensive as all hell): Pours a light orange with a quickly dissipating head. Aroma is light clove, light malt, and a bit of sugar. This is pretty much a dignified lawn mower beer. Everything is good, but it is so light that it could not be offensive to even the most inexperienced palate. Again, it is not bad, but it is kind of a run of the mill American Belgian Wit. Cybercat (6147) - Georgia, USA - JUN 5, 2016
Taps hazy golden with eggshell head. Aroma features yeast, banana and malty notes plus a dash of black pepper. Flavor echos the aroma while adding a sweet whisper - honey? Body is firm, fizz is good. Bottoms up! emacgee (4705) - Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA - OCT 5, 2012
Pours cloudy straw yellow with one finger of white head. Bread dough and yeast in the nose with some spice and citrus. Round/smooth flavor. Fairly clean with a peppery quality. Some soft yeasty notes. Light medium body and peppery finish. maxwelldeux (4433) - Snohomish, Washington, USA - JUL 28, 2012
Pours golden with a small head. Not a bad wit. Hints of sweetness to it, but not overpoweringly so. Easy drink. TURDFERGUSON (4068) - Durham, North Carolina, USA - APR 27, 2012
Tap at the brewery. SUPER cloudy yeast bomb yellow. Nose is corainder, black peppercorn, orange peel, honey. Flavor is quite peppery, some honey cereal malts, light citrus sweetness. Good, but the peppercorn is a bit overpowering.
