Draft at the brewery reviewed from some old notes. Golden color is a little darker than macro lager’s usually are. Fresh hay flavors and smell, some toasted corn notes. Very clean finish. Light and drinkable without being watery. Not a great style, but a good session beer that also works as something to offer people who aren’t into craft beer. emacgee (4674) - Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA - AUG 10, 2010
Pours a translucent clean yellow with a one finger frothy white head. Nose is vegetal and grassy, corn, some hay, mildly sweet, strange aroma. Flavor shows corn and hay, vegetal, not digging it. Palate is soft with a low carbonation. beernovice39 (3270) - Idaho, USA - SEP 26, 2012
On tap. Pale yellow color with a tiny vanishing white top. Scent is grains and bread. Taste is very light, grains and hops. hotstuff (5141) - Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA - DEC 16, 2014
Rated on 02-27-2013 at Fullsteam Brewery. This draft beer presents a small beige head that mostly diminishes, transparent pale yellow body, very little carbonation, and one ring of lacing. The aroma is grainy and grassy hops. The flavor is grainy, grassy hops and semi-sweet. The mouthfeel is smooth and this beer is light-medium bodied. Overall, this is a quaffable session beer with very little character. ordybill (1738) - Douglasville, Georgia, USA - NOV 23, 2016
Poured from the tap at the brewery into a pint glass. The appearance is a clear pale yellow color with zero head. The aroma is faint grain and corn. The taste is very weak flavored corn meal. An average beer.

Hazy golden color. Didn’t get much aroma off of it. Lot of corn flavor, and not especially creamy. Gritty, in fact. The version I tried was brewed with 100% local grain ingredients which was "plow-to-pint" cool.

On draft at Churchkey in DC. Pours a crystal clear gold with a thin white head. Light toasted malt aroma. Biscuit flavors. Thin mouthfeel. Lingering finish. yespr (44793) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - SEP 27, 2016
From tap. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is toasted and mild fruity. Grassy. Dry, toasted and slight grassy into the finish. TURDFERGUSON (4058) - Durham, North Carolina, USA - AUG 2, 2010
The last beer I tried of the just released fullsteam lineup. Never been a big fan, or maybe I just don’t "get" cream ales. I think I’d rather just have the Carolina roasted corn grits separate from my beer. This tasted like a sweeter pale lager and was very difficult to drink. Sweet corn, sugar, bleh. I don’t much care for this one.
