Served on draft at the brewery. Pours a clear dark brown color with a large creamy light brown head. Decent head retention. Aroma of chocolate, caramel and a fruity finish. The taste is chocolate, tart cherries, stone fruits and a slightly vegetal note. Medium bodied and very drinkable. phaleslu (10247) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - DEC 13, 2010
Draft pint at the brewery. Pours a mostly clear brown color with a small tan head. Aroma of earth, bananas, chocolate, yeast, sweet malts, clove, and leafy, earthy notes. Flavor of caramel and chocolate malts, earth, soda, bananas, and sweet bread. Light-bodied, with high carbonation and a sweet, earthy mouthfeel. This one is all over the place, and not nearly as chocolate-forward as it should have been based on the description.

Tap at Sandwhich in Chapel Hill NC. Pours a clear, deeper cola red. Rockier, creamy head. Sheets of lace. Nose is quite sweet, big sugar, light saltwater/sweat. Taste is decently thick chocolate porter up front finishing mealy apple, chalk, minerals. Odd aftertaste. Similar to Caribbean milk stout.

This draft brew from the brewery poured a head of foamy finely sized tan colored bubbles that were and left behind a transparent golden brown colored body and a fair lacing. The mild aroma was nutty and brown malt. The mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish with a mild mild malty aftertaste. The nice flavor contained notes of nutty brown malt and hops. A decent one that I would consider buying again. Cybercat (5832) - Georgia, USA - JUN 5, 2016
Had as Working Man’s Nudge. Taps opaque chocolate brown with a nice light tan head. Weak aroma offers a bit of toasted malt. Flavor, happily, is much stronger, featuring roast malt, caramel, biscuit and subtle toffee notes. Firm body delivers good fizz. Let’s do lunch, nudge nudge!
