COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
At Fulton, we love hops. That star in our logo is made out of hops, in case you hadn’t noticed. Of course, the hops plant contributes to the character of all of our beers, but sometimes we just want more. That’s why we decided to brew the Sweet Child of Vine. Generous quantities of Simcoe and Glacier hops are added throughout the boil. Then, late in the fermentation process, we infuse the Sweet Child with another dose of Glaciers, imparting a bouquet of hop aroma that veritably bursts forth upon serving. But don’t let all this talk of hops mislead you. The Sweet Child has a serious malt backbone to stand up to all those hops, creating a delightful balance that will keep you coming back for more. It’s an IPA, Fulton-style.

A hazy amber beer with a small off-white head. The aroma is floral, piney hops and toasty malt. The flavor is the same.

Bottle gift from a neighbors visit back home in Wisconsin. Pours an orange color with a small white head. Aroma is earthy hops and malts. The taste is earthy too. Sticky sweet malts as well. Kind of plain but in a good way. Very drinkable.

12 ounce glass at Mill City. Pours a clear red color with a small white head. A big sweet fruity nose. Late bitter hops, toffee, caramel, cherry. Pretty nice.

Has a boring foggy brown body with no head. Soft hazelnut malt aroma with plenty of hops. Flavour has plenty of sharp hops with a bitter dry finish, but somehow comes off as a little watery on the mouthfeel. Well constructed but somewhat lacking, and doesn’t emerge from the pack as memorable.

Caramel orange in color... Smells like the first pitch of hops into the brew kettle... Flavor is tea, berries, earthy hops... Great beer, nice break from west coast IPAs ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

PotjeBier (3351) - Amsterdam, NETHERLANDS - JUL 15, 2014
12 oz bottle from De Bierkoning @ home. Clear amber color. Rocky off white head. Aroma’s: resinous at first, but that quickly makes way for lots of red fruit, caramel, some light hoppiness. Flavor is light bitter, slightly droppig (laurel/bay leaves?), light sweet, a bit dark malts. Light to medium bodied. Rather bitter finish. I’m not sure how old this bottle was, but I expected a bit more...

Bottle Poured into a tulip. Clear golden color with tiny white bubbles. Faint non descript aroma. Nice caramel flavor with hop bitterness and hints of hop flavor. Good beer, meh IPA.

pours amber orange, off white head. sweet citrus aroma, taste is bitter. all very simple all around, and not in an astoundingly pure and wonderful way, just in a decent, but not good or great micro way.

Pours a golden orange color with a small white head. Aroma is earthy hops and caramel malts. The taste is earthy and a little bitter but not overly so. Sticky sweet malts as well. Honestly it’s not bad but it’s pretty boring.
